I heard back from only ONE of them -Need A Lift! My driver, Dan, was at the airport when I landed, before I even stepped off the plane! His driving was very calm and safe and he was very pleasant and professional. I got to the business in a timely manner. I will definitely call Need A Lift anytime I need a ride in Missoula. We called them tonight to schedule a ride home in a few hours, and the person who answered was extremely dismissive and rude. What a disappointment!! We have both worked in sales/customer service for years and sadly cannot continue to support a business that takes its customers for granted.
