Firstly, from the start he acted annoyed with me inquiring and asking questions about what they could offer and how much. When I wanted to move from talking about one day to talking about another he would say things like, "well we haven't gotten to Saturday yet" with a sarcastic undertone. When I would repeat myself about something he would rudely say "Yes, that's the information you've given me," again with an annoyed/bothered undertone. He tried to make me feel like what I was asking for was too much and was trying to cut services (that would actually make them more money) when I specifically asked for them. I got off that phone call as soon as I could with my mouth literally wide open. I had to hold back as I really wanted to tell him what I thought about his customer service, or lack thereof, but figured this was a better place to do it. Some advice, if you don't like dealing with people and you find them annoying, you should not answer the phones for inquiries on the business you work for. Maybe another profession would suit you best, one that does not interact with the human race.
