They couldn't believe they would do that. So we had to call around to find someone who could do the job.

He replied, "It's coming." with no further information. After the transaction was completed he was walking away when he said, over his shoulder, "Sorry it didn't work out." The same taciturn person had started the install of the SmartStart (a Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas consortium) a few days earlier. After 3-4 hours (he said he had never installed in a Prius) he said it was done and we drove to a nearby Walmart. The system would not turn on when we tried to leave and hence the car would not start. After an hour he drove over and disconnected the equipment, then spent another hour figuring out that there was a defective relay. That was the reason we decided not to use SmartStart: shoddy hardware, shoddy software and shoddy system design!

The guy there told me it was quite a bit out of wack (which it was to be expected that it would be a little off). After he aligned it, I drove it 1,000-1200 miles only to notice that my tires had started wearing very poorly! I should add that they were wearing very evenly up until that alignment. So I took it to a tire shop in my hometown that I really trust to replace the now wrecked tires and mentioned the alignment to the. They had to do a new front end alignment because Orr's didn't do it right! Paying Orr's to do an alignment for me cost me an extra alignment job and a new set of tires. Pretty upsetting to say the least!! DO NOT GO TO ORR'S!!
