They took time in ordering my new rayban lenses to make sure I got the right ones for my replacements. Before I found Bozeman Optical, I called multiple optical shops to track down replacement lenses for my glasses with no luck. Secondly, and most importantly, we were blessed with PRESTON as our guide. He's living the life on the Yellowstone in summer and winters on the slopes of Aspen. He's putting a pause on that Auburn degree to live life to its fullest. We were so lucky to have just our family in the boat and we had a great time spotting bald eagles, osprey, Jesus ducks, and of course, the rare two gold eagles!!! Lastly, don't waste your time on the 8 mile. It's only a couple more bucks and a couple more hours--you gotta do the full day. Can't wait to come back and do it again.

They have some pre made food and a large ice cream area, plus gifts and things. They have some limited groceries too, less than a supermarket but more than a grocery store. Plenty of street parking outside too, I got a spot no problem and you don't have to pay anywhere along the roads in west Yellowstone. They had bathrooms for customers too, decently clean. Overall glad for this place as a resource right there in west Yellowstone!

I took a picture of the grandkids in front of the ice cream counter and was rudely confronted by a middle aged male worker for not asking his permission to take the photo. Then he wanted to keep arguing about it. Very poor customer service to say the least and a lack of caring that our little grandkids were with us. We'll get a scoop of ice cream somewhere else next time.
