You shouldn't have an active profile on yelp if you're going to refuse service to customers, too bad because I had a few cars that needed service and was going to ask if he also did commercial and house tint as well. I found someone else on here here who was also highly recommended and they were very happy to take my business.

(Very nice touch) They are located across from Costco making a quick errand possible too. Lots of little stores in area, thought we also saw a coffee store. First rate .... Now to buy another car to revisit.

The manager, Steve, provided a detailed email with information about all the different packages. I appreciated his helpfulness and no pressure interaction. In addition to the doors and back windows, Steve suggested adding a clear tint to the front windshield, which I didn't realize was a thing, and, wow, it has made a ton the difference! Now getting into the car on a hot day is no problem at all. I can't believe I waited 3 years to get the tinting done! Service was quick, and Steve even offered to attach my dash cam to the front windshield after the 3-day curing was completed. I feel the prices are reasonable and competitive. New tint installed. 1st week i noticed scratches on the tint. brought it back... Jeff(The owner) had visitors who fabricated a story about some cleaning track in the door card that was dirty and that i should take it to the dealership. The dealership said that is total nonsense and explained no such part existed. Returned to tint world to explain and they said they'd fix. When i arrived they started giving me a hard time and making the experience uncomfortable. Jeff, arriving 5 minutes late for the appointment, couldn't be bothered to get out of his chair and examine the vehichle so he sent his tech out. It is clear tint world does NOT know how to install tint on frameless windows. They do no prep to ensure the tint will not be damaged. There was no disclaimer or notification that frameless windows could be damaged the very first time you wind them down if the installation is not done properly. Tint world installs the product with zero consumer notification on the perils that await because of the improper installation. their installation tech's words to me were " I don't know." I agree - they do not know. At this point ---- Tint world is ignoring inquiries to rectify of which I've made half a dozen over the course of the week. I'm a Florida native and have been going to tint world for 30 years.. not anymore though..... Even if they offered to fix it for free I'd never bring my car or anyone's car that I cared about to this location. Unprofessional. Rude. Poor quality. Feigned attempts to fix a customer's problems... no good. Oh yeah, also the tint is bubbling on the rear window too. thanks tint world
