I decided to buy a BRAND NEW LG washer from them, listed at $500. We decided on this one because it was new with the packaging as well as it coming with a 1 year warranty. All together my total was $570 which included taxes and delivery. The delivery man was about an hour late to delivery. I had to call the store owner only for him to tell me the delivery man was lost and he gave him my number, I asked for the delivery man's number. After speaking with him he arrived within a couple of minutes. I wasn't sure why he didn't just call as soon as he was lost because he had my number from the order form. He also showed up alone with no moving help, so my stepdad had to help move. If he hadn't have been there, there's no way the delivery man would have made it in successfully. He hooked up the hoses but didn't stay to allow us to make sure everything worked okay. Thankfully it did so there were no issues with that.

I had to follow up myself just to find out what was going on. We requested the first available appointment, yet they couldn't even commit to or communicate a time slot. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, this company was assigned through our stove manufacturer, and the appliance is still under warranty. This reflects poorly on both the service provider and the manufacturer. We expected better coordination and accountability.

I called All Appliance Parts and they had one in stock for $59. He said to bring in my old pump to test it. He said he didn't want to sell me something that I didn't need. He tested it right there and showed me the odd noise showing that the pump had failed. Not only did he have the right part, in stock, at the best price, he gave me a military discount on top of that. They do charge a standard $70 diagnostic fee, which felt fair. Brad gave me a heads-up call before arriving and showed up right on time. Even better, he came fully prepared with the tools and the replacement part needed, so he was able to fix the dryer on the spot. You can really tell he takes pride in his work with great attention to detail, and he even shared some helpful maintenance tips for the future. Best of all, the dryer was fixed the same day, and reassembled properly this time, with no "extra" screws left behind. Fair pricing, friendly service, and high-quality work.
