Took it in and after 2 weeks they had the thing apart 2 times and still couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Decided on replacing the back half of the Transmission. Except, Eaton doesn't just sell that part anymore. So they put a whole new tranny in then charged me 15k. They still have no idea what was wrong with my Transmission, but Eaton or Kenworth will stand behind their product or warranty. Just a joke. I'd seriously consider doing business here. There are several other options withing a half hour. I'd skip this place.

He was able to give me a life time warranty on the parts that were replaced and can fix those if they are faulty. He was able to complete the work that was requested. Very happy we found a small local business who could service our vehicle for more than an oil change.
