This is A JOKE of a tow company. 2 1/2 hrs waiting for them to show. 4 calls to AAA EACH with GUARANTEES that Burnet Towing will 'call within 20 minutes'...NADA. NYET. Nuthin. Apparently helping people stranded on the side of the road is NOT a priority for this company. I understand prior calls for service or higher priority calls will bump 'just a tow' down the hill of importance. But I'm pretty DANG sure just ONE phone call from them would have eliminated this hopefully QUITE embarrassing review. Oh, and now it's 3 hours with no phone call.
