Zero customer service skills. I asked for a pic and she sent it showing zero repaired tines. I sent the same text I had originally sent 4 months earlier. No response. 1.5 months later she finally replies and sez they are out of town and will get on it the coming week. Well that didn't work out either. 5 Months later I finally get a pic saying it's done only after I sent several texts asking to have my euro mount sent to me. She replies and sez "we have been busy with the floods". I get it, the floods were a horrible thing in that area. However, 8 months ago is when I brought he buck to you and you had 8 months without floods to use as an excuse. Simply put, she had no time for me at all and it showed by her texts responses that my euro mount was not a priority. Fast forward.....The repaired tines literally looked awful. Not the same color, not the same size and not even close to the pictures I sent on 4 seperate occasions. I reply and tell her that it is not acceptable to me - could they kindly redo them. She replied and said "as is or we remove the tines". What the hell is that?? She didn't offer to fix them, or say it will be extra which I was willing to pay, she simply replied and said it is what it is and tough shit! DO NOT GO HERE! Literal waste of time. My husband called Back on your feet to see if they had a recommendation what to do. As this is a small town and not a lot of space to just be pulled over on the side of the road. The owner answered the phone at 9pm. He told us his shop wasn't far so if the trailer was still drivable we could bring it to his lot and unhook so we could go get a room with our daughter. That was a huge help. Not to often you meet someone who will go back to his lot after already being home for the evening to let us put our trailer there. The next morning he had a tire contact who was able to come help us get the tires off the trailer and the axle chained up so we could limp it back to the dealership where everything was covered under warranty. We really appreciate his help. Without it we would of been stuck on the side of the road till the next day. So from the bottom of our heart. Thank you.
