Josh and his Assistant, Seth, arrived on time on install day. Finished sooner than they had quoted. The quality of their work was impeccable. Beautiful new door! I checked around and their price was comparable to the prices of other companies. In this day and age, I'll pay top price for Honesty and Integrity all day long. Based upon that, I told him I would be home on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and he could come at his convenience on any of those days. He was very agreeable and said that he would come and do the repair. He did not - no text, no call, no-show. I called him the following week and he said he could get to it on Thursday between 10 am and 12 PM. Once again, no text, no call, no-show. He wasted two weeks of my time. Now I'm starting over looking for someone to repair the door. I honestly don't know how these people stay in business. Don't waste your time.

A quick FB post in search of a place that could possibly repair this expensive door led me to call and speak with Sarah. The professional communication, 'can do' attitude was remarkable. I sent over my photos for an estimate and it was absolutely perfect. They communicated how to make it more durable for numbskulls like me by installing a crossbar to add rigidity. 24 hours later, I received a text for pickup. What I received back was an absolutely perfectly rebuilt door, squared and even the paint was touched up with new screen and as communicated, a reinforced middle bar.
