She told me I would have to wait a few hours for her to review the cameras, but all but assured me the problem was not their doing. She gave me every reason I was wrong BEFORE reviewing the situation. She later called me on the phone and denied my claim, speaking once again in a rude tone. Each time we talked she gave her own version of the story. Eventually their district manager called me and offered me a refund, but would not take responsibility for any wrong doing. I'm offended, hurt, and left with a damaged oil pan. I would absolutely not recommend this shop, or probably the Valvoline brand as a whole. Poooooor customer service. And even worse quality repair.

It didn't seem like he was with Valvoline but he was I think. Target recently got rid of their Salvation Army bell ringer and still donate millions to the charity because they want their guest to not feel hassled and have a great experience. 4-stars for this reason, I just wanted an oil change and not anything else. Don't get me wrong the guy for window repair was super nice but maybe when you go to a place looking for an oil change, it's not crazy that you just get an oil change and nothing else. Other than that, the service was great with Valvoline as usual.
