He gave us some fun ideas to incorporate into our reception, like having index cards available for guests to write marriage advice, turn them into Mark, and he'd read them aloud periodically throughout the night. Mark was very accommodating to all of our requests, and he kept the night moving along. We are just so pleased with him.

He even played an old Irish song for the whole family-you could tell it meant a lot to them that Mike was able to play it for them. He interacts with the crowd and was able to MC for the event. I had hired Mike for an event of mine scheduled for April 2020. He stayed in touch even when we lived far away. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our event due to our military status relocating us to Germany before the event date. He personally called me on the phone to listen to our situation and took into consideration how crazy the military life can be, and how unexpected things like this happen. I really appreciated him just for even a simple phone call. We were able to work out a solution since we had to cancel. Mike is a fun, all around good guy and he would be a great DJ for any event! You should hire him!!

After a long wait, I finally received a response on October 29 apologizing for the delay and confirming my date was available. They asked me to schedule a call through their portal to discuss details, which I did for November 4. Unfortunately, they did not show up for the call. They eventually connected with me later that day, and I sent inspiration photos to help with planning. After that, I heard nothing until January 16, 2026, when Katie messaged me asking if I had seen her proposal. She apologized for the lack of follow-up and said she would resend it if needed. I informed her that I had not received the proposal in my spam or portal, and she promised to resend it the next day. However, by January 17, I still had not received anything. I followed up again on March 1, 2026, hoping for some progress. Despite the ongoing communication issues, I was drawn to their work because of the beautiful photos and event space they showcased on Instagram. I really wanted to use their services. On March 2, I finally received a response from Stephen, who explained Katie was attending a conference but assured me I would get the proposal within a few days, no later than the end of that week. Now, 20 days later, I have received no proposal and no further follow-up. I am left with no choice but to look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot comment on their food or event space because I was never able to utilize their services. I want to support local small businesses, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

There are plenty of spots to park but if you want to get prime parking definitely get to your event early! We came for Pizza Palooza where I was working a booth. The line was out the door a long ways, I'd say for as many events as there are here I would expect a safer method of getting people in the door as there were cars trying to get in a out. Which with kids and people walking it just seems like this could be improved as it was very congested by the gates. The venue itself is wide open and plenty of stuff to do for kids and parents. It was very nicely set up with good bands playing all night. One more thing I would improve is the bathrooms, they were decent but I feel like as much money as they get the bathrooms would be cleaner. Everything was well stocked though.

Now, it might just be a function of the shows and events that are held here (pizzapalooza, the 80s party, the 70s party, the 90s party, all the tribute bands and the other live music), but anytime I've ever been here, it's been a blast! If you're drinking, they have plenty of options. If you're not, they have fewer, but still plenty of, options. The food? Well, outside of special events (like pizzapalooza, or food trucks with the craft beer fest), the food is what you'd get at a neighborhood swimming pool. Never great, but never horrible. PRO TIP: if you're attending an event here, and you're able to bring a crew, make sure that you rent a table. It's worth the dough. It REALLY helps to have a home base, to take a load off, now and again. So yeah, Centennial Terrace, is absolutely one of TOLEDO'S HIDDEN GEMS! Five diamonds...I mean stars!!

What I thought would be 2 very different experiences ended up being very similar. Both instantly they let you play your own music. Obviously party music for the party bus. They provide ice and cups and water. The wine tour also offered sodas. BYOB and they provide bottle openers so you can enjoy your goodies. The wine tour took us to 3 wineries in 4 hours. Tight time schedule because the farthest winery is 45 minutes from Toledo and that trolley doesn't really go speed limit. I'm glad it doesn't because my butt was hurting from the uncomfortable seats but after the first stop and some drinks you don't feel it much anymore. We stopped at Leisure time winery, majestic winery and american winery. Limited food options. Only male on the trolley was the driver but he was a sweetie pie and put up with all the female chatter. Now you would think a trolley full of women would be pretty mild but we were dancing down the aisle by the second stop. Now the party bus has same offerings but the seating was much more plush. Comfortable seating with 2 levels so plenty of space. The anniversary couple chose the stops and it was more of a bar hop til 2am. Check my pics. It was a good time but I took an uber home about 1. Only so much alcohol u can consume in a 5 hour period. Team Johnson is definitely a well organized company. They post their events on eventbrite. I would definitely do one of their tours again. He was the most miserable person I have ever come in contact with. I politely asked where the closest place was to get champagne so we could toast in the bus and he threw his hands up and rudely said that he didn't know. I felt scolded for asking a simple question. As we drive, he slammed on his breaks numerous times as our videographer has on tape and every person on the bus spilled drinks because of it. To top it off, we arrived at the reception at 6 pm when we had paid to be on the bus until 645 pm. I asked why we had arrived so early and he responded with: "You had reservations until 630 pm and I have somewhere to be so this is going to have to work." He also said that he already talked to his manager about me, called me a F****** B****, and said that his manager said that he would expect nothing less than someone like me from a party like that. All while this lovely conversation was going on, he coasted in the parking lot and SLAMMED on his breaks, throwing everyone in the bus. The bride and groom spilled drinks all over themselves before entering the reception. Our videographer saw everything and was even nervous about our safety. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. I would hate for anyone else to have such a horrible experience on their wedding day. Luckily, being the "type of party" we are, we made the best of the night to celebrate the wedding we were in.
