Had an issue where the fiberglass joint plug on the PVC piping under the kitchen sink came loose…read moreand until I heard it did not realize that water was draning out onto the flooring under the sink. After not having such a great experience with the plumbing company that installed the piping about their price gouging, I had to look for a new plumber to do the repair. I came acorss Atomic. Called at 7:15 am and was given a time for later in the same day. Lady who took the call was great. She called back about ten minutes later and said that a technician was available immediately and would it be ok to send. Naturally I said yes. I answered the door to one of the most friendly repair persons I have ever met, Trey. Firm handshake, big smile and very respectful of carpeting by putting on shoe caps. He quickly assessed the issue, told me the solution and did the repair effeciently and quickly. He also explained every step that he was taking so that I knew exactly what was going on. Turns out the previous pipe installer took a short cut by not sealing the connecting rings and gaskets on either end of the installed pipe which eventually came apart. In my opinion, Trey is the ultimate in skills, customer service, professionalism and friendliness. Atomic and Trey will be my go-to for any future plumbing needs.

They showed me the faulty areas on the wax ring that was causing the leak and explained every step in the process for replacing it as they were performing the work. As someone with no experience in this type of work I mostly enjoyed their professional attitude, quality of work and clean up afterward, as well as their simple explanation for the problem and solution. I was glad to see the previous positive reviews of Baybreeze held up through my first hand experience.

Jack was my parents' go-to plumber for years, so it was only natural for me to follow their lead…read more I have two houses that both needed outdoor spigot repairs, and Jack quoted me a price that was surprisingly fair! At my rental home, not only did he complete the repair, he also gave me some other estimates based on items my tenant pointed out! The repairs to my primary residence were done by his son, Zach, and his partner Brian. They showed up prepared and ready to work. In barely an hour, they had repaired my rear spigot, and replaced the front spigot. Zach showed me what to expect with the new repairs, and gave me several tips on how to prevent future problems! There was NO MESS left behind, and the faucets are better than new! I heartily recommend Jack the Plumber for any plumbing repairs. Fast work, Excellent price, and great communication through the entire process. Five Stars is well-earned and deserved. Thanks again, Jack!

Needless to say, I needed more than a single bathroom down a dark hallway in this very old house. Don came through fast! Don created exactly what I needed. His team cleaned up the site while installing the plumbing daily (you could walk around here barefoot if need be). They also make sure to lay out the bathroom with you so you get exactly what you are looking for. Very happy with Don and his nephew's work! I only post on the best there is in the Tidewater area.
