But their biggest problem is no honor and complete lack of integrity/dignity. Very careful when you bring in your modern vehicles. One of my vehicle was(2017 jeep GC) there to diagnoise for minor electrical glitch issue and they couldnt figured out but a week later they informed me my vehicle air suspension leaking and needs airline connector and quoted me around 250$ ...well im not happy because i just bought the vehicle 2weeks ago from a dealership (alberta) with fully inspection done also a week ago OPI done in kelowna without any issue. I went to shop and check my vehicle and the air suspension light is displaced on cluster and cant even hold air and not able to drive which has no issue when i bring in there. I explained them but get their disagreement. ut my vehicle on hoist to checl suspension system but next day when i explained about tire jack mode the manager said the never lifted the vehicle luckly i got witnesses and some evidence for both of thechs and manager words. Eventually next day i pickup the vehicle and im forced to pay 838.62$ and 156$ for original diagnoise fee so i made the my payment under protest. Today the lawyer told me the reach auto is NOT canadian BBB members and i have to go small claim. Watch out this shop. They will not honor their mistakes and will use lies at your face without hesitation. Now i m wasting my holiday time to dealing with the lawyer and documentation...

They could have called. I had them switch them around. This must have pissed them off because they torqued my lugs to 170ftlbs instead of the required 130ftlbs. Confirmed by Kal Tire and my witnessesing them checking and retorquing all my lug nuts. I discovered this torque when l had a flat yesterday needed a damn snipe on my lug wrench to break them free. Now l have stretched threads from overtorquing. I brought all this up to the owner today and all he had to say was sorry he couldn't make me happy. Precision Auto my ass. To preface this review, I have given Laszlo 3 chances (via email which wasn't responded to, phone…read morecall, and when the incident occured) to right the wrongs, and he hasn't - so I am taking the next steps. I was charged nearly $400 for an oil change and tire rotation, which I had hoped would be handled with the professionalism I've come to expect over my past few visits at the Auto Clinic. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. After paying nearly $400.00 for these services, I got a "low oil" notification on my car - only 3 hours later. When I called to address this, I didn't receive any apology or proper solution. Instead, I was advised to drive my car with extremely low oil for almost 35 minutes to return for a proper oil change--this could have severely damaged my engine. It wasn't until I pointed out that my engine could seize, leaving you responsible for replacing it, that Laszlo reluctantly said "fine send me where you are someone will come". The tech that showed up was shocked and disgusted at how low my oil was, and when I told him about the tire put on backwards he mentioned that Norm (the one who did my oil change) was old 10 years ago when he started. This man should NOT be touching anyone's vehicles - especially with his history at the shop, which I won't air out here, but I recommend that anyone reading ask for Norm to NOT touch your vehicle. As they know, this isn't the first time I've had issues. A few months ago, the same "mechanic" (Norm) put one of my tires on backwards, which should never happen. The only recommendation I would make for the Auto Clinic is that people stay far away from it.

The paint job from your shop is bubbling and so is my anger and frustration from getting a poor repair and no resolution. Ben told me today that I hurt his feelings. I offered him my empathy and let him know I spent my career in customer service for more than 30 years so I understand.
