I requested an estimate for tires on a specific vehicle I provided the make and model and details of the car. I get only one estimate, the Firestone weathergrip. No other comparisons, just that one. I decided to trust the salesman. Huge mistake of mine! He never informed me that the tire is of different size! He confidently said this one fits your vehicle. I wanted oem factory recommendations, but he bumped it to a different size without explaining that part to me. I'm sorry I'm not knowledgeable, but that should have been told especially if that would change the odometer of the vehicle. I only learned this after doing more research. I only found out after I got home with the car. Oem size: 235/40r 18 Size he gave: 235/45r 18 I get it still fits, however that's terrible customer service on not advising me the change of size AND how it may impact the vehicle itself! This is my fault for trusting someone. Military life is hard enough, now I feel I just can't trust this place ever again. *Sigh* The price seemed ok, but again... lack of actual communication to me is not what signed up for.

While I understand that there is schedules, the other stores didn't even try to make any deals or keep my business. This is where I will come in Minot from here on out. The check in staff is always on the ball and the waiting room has a TV, coffee and magazines in case you have to wait for your vehicle to go through the garage. This business is helpfully located near a major Highway and a Truck Stop with a restaurant inside so if you need to you can grab a meal while waiting for your vehicle...& then be on your merry way.

I dropped off my older truck, which hasn't had an alignment in decades as far as I know, along with a steering stabilizer I wasn't able to install due to a stuck bolt. I dropped the truck off early and Jerry had it done with stabilizer installed by my original appointment time. Truck doesn't pull to the right anymore and Jerry didn't try to sell me anything extra.

Before arriving I was told "you'll pay a little extra, but this guy gets it right the first time". And that's exactly what happened, except his pricing was very very reasonable. I came into the shop with a lot of dash lights on and an unknown engine issue. Wes found the problem and fixed it for me. Overall time was roughly an hour and a half, which is the time he told me it would take (awesome). When I was paying for the service nothing additional was added except cost of shop supplies used ($3) and he topped off coolant ($3 or so) and wiper fluid ($2 or so). They offered to drive me somewhere in town, and pick me up after, so I didn't have to sit at the shop, although the shop is VERY clean and comfortable.
