I took both my sons cars to get serviced. I paid for an oil change, tire rotation and air filter for both. Yes both filters looked nasty and needed replaced. My youngest son told them that he had wider tires in the back than in front. They blew him off. On the way home, his tires were rubbing as he turned because they put the back tires on the front. He called when he got home and they said bring it in tomorrow. So, he spent his time going back the next day. When he got there, they basically told him to go inside and sit down, they are the professionals! REALLY! They were treating him like he didn't know what he was talking about. After 40 minutes, he saw them all standing around talking, they came in an ALL of them apologized to him AND SAID HE WAS RIGHT! They moved them back but we didn't get a tire rotation because they said they didn't crisscross. So, even though we paid for a tire rotation, we didn't get one. At this point I'm not sure my other son got a rotation as well. When he got home he said his washer fluid was not working and we looked and neither of my son's fluids had been filled. This trip for the two cost me $400! I will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER patronize another Jiffylube EVER again. I like to support local, as I know these are owned by a couple out of Ft. Wayne but I will go to the dealership or a Midas for that matter going forward. They could give me free oil changes forever and I would not take it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

The next day I went to Belle Tire and was told my car could be fixed be the afternoon. I later found out I had 2 cracked rims! Thankfully they were able to get the rims repaired and tires mounted by the next day and my wheel insurance covered everything. I did have a small problem because their prices were higher than a competitor and the competition offered buy 3 get the 4th free and they didn't but they did honor their price matching and I was able to get the same deal and I drove away a happy customer!

Please read…read more.. Unless this is an "I must have now" tire purchase, DO NOT go to this location. This location for anything. In face I suggest not going to Tire Barn for anything at all. Their cooperate office is just as bad. Three problems: For starters, they broke my TPMS sensors upon installing my tires, and I had to make three visits to get the correct ones and have them installed. Second the money I paid for a warranty was "not paid" according to their system. This is also a store where the entire staff was replaced, it was cash if you were wondering. They also said you can't purchase a warranty on tires you don't buy from them, also a lie. The tire that blew had no damage, the inner seam tire completely around the inside of the rim with an explosion. Pirelli and two technicians at discount tire said this was from apparent installer error. To close, none of what happened was fixed by Tire Barn, and their upper management did nothing but say they can't determine if this happened. Oh yea, and the money could not have just left... I advise you to go across the road to a Discount Tire. Don't end up regretting it. It's a shame this company is operating.

Instead, we eventually had to get out of the car and go inside to request assistance. While we were waiting, Noah was also providing the bay (us) with a personal concert, complete with excessive tongue motions, which we unfortunately had to endure. If he had simply acknowledged us first and then gone back to dancing or singing while doing whatever he was doing, great! Glad you're having fun at work. But completely ignoring customers who are sitting in the bay waiting for service is a different story. When my boyfriend finally went into the shop to ask for assistance, Noah sarcastically yelled, "Tire check," as though our request was somehow unreasonable. As customers who have purchased tires here for over a decade, this experience fell far short of the professionalism and customer service we have typically come to expect from Discount Tire. A tire check is a basic courtesy/service that takes less than two minutes. It should not require waiting around while being ignored, getting out of the vehicle to track someone down, and essentially having to pull teeth to receive a service that is offered to customers. The only thing is didn't like is at the time of check out when it was time to pay I was informed there was a 3% to use credit card instead of debt card. They advised it was because the CC company charges them 6% which I don't doubt but I wish I would have known at the time when I made the appointment so I could have moved some money around and had the funds in the bank account to use debit. It ended up costing me $32 just in CC fees which probably took back whatever money I had thought is was saving... Honestly I probably won't use them again for services that cost quite a bit because I can't use my CC.
