After arriving back to Phoenix, I brought my Honda Pilot to two different Big O Tires and they both confirmed it was purposely cut. One place even admitted they often do that but should get the owners permission. I called the corporate office twice in the past week as they need to fix what they broke with no return call. Jimmy, from Page Big O Tires first said they would replace it and pay for it, then called and said they would not. I'm very unhappy with this matter that is still unresolved and will continue to contact corporate until they replace the part that the worker had cut as it makes a very loud noise when driving. read more

When on a road trip, we got a flat tire and had to be towed here. All the employees were very helpful and nice. The prices aren't too bad at all! It did take a while but it was a busy weekend we get it. So, I'm not sure how it would be on an off weekend/weekday. read more

Oh man! Jimmy and his crew hustle! Phone never stops, people in/out. They keep going moving moving moving. Had a leak in a tire, Jimmy let me know he had the size and could get it set. After inspection the tires he noticed the date and conditions of the other tires and advise me to get them replaced to be safe tires dated back to 2005! We had just picked it up for our first trip. We were in a bind this morning and Big O tires saved the day! My husband couldn't catch the guy's name who helped us because his name on his shirt was covered by his jacket. We have a motorhome and were trying to get in front of the snowy weather headed our way by leaving town this morning. We went to the gas station to fill air in the motorhome but it wouldn't connect! Sept 2022, we were on our way to Utah for a long off grid trip. We were going to stay at Lone Rock Beach Lake Powell and stopped at Walmart to grab fresh ice, worms and some small food items. Ford FX4 and our 21 foot tow trailer parked at Walmart. As I typically do, I visually checked the hitch and all the tires. OH NO.. Trailer tire is split and metal showing through. BAD! Amazed that we made it to Page from PHX. We were opposite far side (300 yards) away from Walmarts Auto area...so I looked up the Walmart phone number and called. No answer. Called again. No answer. Called main number and girl patched me thru...No answer at Walmart Auto. *We looked up other options and found BigO and boom!! Called...Jimmy answered and said he had many tires of that size. We got my (full size) spare on the trailer and went a few miles to downtown original Page and pulled up to BigO. Jimmy greeted me...I asked how long?? as it was obivious the shop was very busy. He said "how good are you at backing that thing into this space?" as he pointed. NO PROBLEM! We were there for maybe 45 min. Maybe an hour... DONE!! Let me make it clear that everyone else before us was Also done (or darn close). Last Nov, when we're on our way from Grand Canyon to Bryce Canyon, we had tier low pressure problems and could not fill the air at gas stores all the way. I went into Big O Tires yesterday asking for them to check my tire sensor since my tires were at the right PSI but the warning light was still on, and I also asked for an oil change. They told me they would call me when it was ready, so I walked around Page. Every hour for 4 hours I would walk back to the shop just to see if my car was being worked on. It was busy so it took them an hour to get to it, which is perfectly understandable, but then they proceeded to work on my car for the next 3 hours. I checked back near the end of the 4 hours and noticed my car was parked out front of the shop, and after checking inside it appeared no one bothered to call me back. So I start up my car and notice that the low tire pressure light is still on. Checking the receipt, looks like they only changed the oil. For 3 hours of work. By this point, I did not bother going back in because it was past dinner and since I had only been charged for oil, it wasn't worth complaining about. This morning, I start up my car and check my gas, which I had forgotten to look at last night. Somehow, there was a significant amount of gas that had been used up, as the tank had gone from a little over a quarter left to quite a bit less than. This was backed up by the miles-to-empty having dropped significantly since I had taken it in. Looking at the mileage on the receipt they gave me, they had written it down only after they had finished, so I have no way of knowing whether they decided to drive my car around for some time. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere to get my tire sensor looked at. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had some significant tire problems on my RV--6 tires plus the spare during a road trip with my family. Wade got his guys on it immediately around 8:45 am, and they were done and out in just over an hour. The spare tire was okay so we ended up getting 6 new tires--great prices. A tire on my Audi Q5, was losing air when I arrived in Page, AZ. It was late in the evening and only Walmart Tire was open. They checked the tire and told me that it was punctured in an area they they were not allowed to repair. So in the morning I called Big O Tire and confirmed they had a replacement tire in Stock. I dropped off my auto and they told me to come back in about 40 minutes. When I returned they had repaired my tire at a cost of $15. Big O Tire is a very honest and professional company. They could have just replaced the expensive tire and made much more profit. I highly recommend Big O Tire for anyone needing new tires or repairs. read more

Driving from Flagstaff to Page in August, Hywy 89, and the 08 Altima gets a blow-out! Bummer because it's after 4:00 and we are an hour outside of Page, in the middle of the desert, with big plans to drive to Escalante through the Grand Staircase, 4 more hours away. My heroic and handy BF changes to the goofy spare, I call AAA, and they find me a tire shop that will be open until 5:30 - Big O! I call and we get there at 5:20...the guys are loading the garage, folks want to go home, but the owner gets the car up and a new tire on the rim in under 10 minutes, they even check the other tires for problems...lovely people, quick, kind, and we got a great recommendation for dinner at the local cowboy bar around the corner...By 6:00 I was enjoying spare ribs and a great local beer, listening to somewhat subversive CW music (Waylon gettin' stoned) under a wagon wheel chandelier. About an hour out of Page, I started hearing my brakes screeching. We stopped at the Roadway Inn across the street for the night (also a pleasant experience), and asked the guys at Big-O to check our brakes. I asked how much it would cost to check them out, and he told me $20. Within maybe a half hour, he called and said the front pads were worn, and it would cost about $160 total to replace them. Considering the CA plates on the car, this was good news. He didn't try to talk us into an expensive repair, and had the car back the same afternoon. It is always great to find an honest shop, to bad they are 800 miles away from our home.Final bill with taxes was $162 and change. Repair Pal estimate is $168-$225 in our area. Thanks Big-O! read more
