I didn't need much interaction with staff, but I was able to find one staff member who was very helpful pointing me in the right direction for what I needed and finding the cover to the container I was going to buy. I was in and out quickly on a Saturday afternoon so I'd say if you know what you want and are ok with a little less than 5 star service for the price,.. you should be ok.

Theres actually a bunch of kitchenware stores nearby but few are open and this one is the cleanest we went to. They have some safe guards for covid like a plastic curtain to separate the staff from us, but otherwise precautions seem un existent. Things are very organized and the variety of utensils vary greatly, but the variety of each utensil is mediocre. Meaning you can find mostly anything you want but not in every size and color. We found a nice teapot, julienne peeler, cooling rack, and some ladles. Everything was fairly priced but they only had one peeler and it was on the pricier end when we compared to nearby stores. Overall im thankful for them serving kitchenware in the holiday season while we have extravagant food plans

We finally get to booking a class that we wanted to do and it's canceled. They offer us our credit back, but it never comes. We call, no answer, We email, no answer. It takes a week for me to finally call again and we get our credits back, book another class and we're good to go right? NO! Class gets canceled again 3 days before the class is going to be held. I would say that this supply store has increased my quality of life in the most subtle ways! I will continue to find excuses to come visit to see if anything is new. The staff here are helpful. Most of them don't have the most outwardly friendly vibe but they will help you (kind of like when you ask your sibling to do something for you and while they'll give you some resistance, they'll still do it out of care). Cash registers seem so much fun to play with (I've obviously never used one or worked in retail, I'd probably kill myself or someone else if I had) and the deli meat slicer just seemed like a good defensive weapon to have in my house in case someone broke in.
