Though in the last two years I just quickly stepped in to view the adorable, glass Christmas ornaments, there's a lot more. It's one of those cozy stores that carry unique gifts such as socks, tumblers, glassware and more. There's even a wall of pet toys and they're adorable. Some items are pricey. The Christmas ornaments are eye catching. Food ornaments seem to be the trend and Wood's Grove carries a wide variety. Of note: I'm all for supporting small businesses however, I tend to shop at more notable stores whose return policy is beyond store credit. No one huddled around miniature Christmas trees. Things here are pretty expensive. Not out of the realm of the middle class or upper middle class, but this is no affordable vintage thrift store. That being said, there are some very fun things here for people wishing to build a whimsical home. Fun glassware, tableware, lamps, tramp art. Furniture, but let's be honest, you can find the same slub velvet pieces in thrift stores for much less. This was a cool place to enjoy design and how to arrange store displays. I was so happy to find an assortment of various sized clips. Nice quality. And I didn't have to hunt for them in various drug stores or other specialty shops. Years ago, the best clips were made in Paris, France. These days, you can find nice quality hair clips in various shops. How convenient that I found some good clips here.
