I reached out to Wow Balloons and heard back the same day: Yes, they could complete this design work and yes, they could stay within my target budget. Perfect!! Cue Mikhail, owner of Wow Balloons. He was in frequent contact with me throughout the planning process, did a site tour with me to confirm measurements and rigging points and offered ideas for how to elevate my design concept even further - a planner's dream come true. The end result was a stunningly beautiful balloon arch in soft pastel colors that reflected our Classic Winnie the Pooh theme. The arch was dotted with real greenery to enhance the organic nature of the theme. Mikhail and his teammate had the installation completed precisely within the timeframe agreed upon and he even brought additional elements to have on-hand should we want to tweak anything before he finished. Thank you so, so much to the team at Wow Balloons! You gave me peace of mind that this milestone event would be designed perfectly and it absolutely was. I look forward to hiring Wow again for future parties!

She didn't miss a beat, and found us a location even better than the first. I didn't have to stress; Nancy took care of it all! She even had a vendor send me a refund for a service she felt wasn't up to her standard. We hadn't even said a thing! You can't go wrong with Amazing Celebrations & Events.

I had to hire another planner who did the job in 3 weeks. I hired Veronica in May for my baby's birthday and 7 months later still nothing was done and she refused to give me back my money. She then texted me extremely threatening texts almost 3 months after my event to remove my one star review or she will sue me. She would then block me and then unblock me and continue to send threatening messages. This woman wants to keep her shady business practice behind wraps. She also threatened me about someone else leaving her a bad review. Her google reviews are mainly all one star reviews. She is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Oh and she kept my money and did no work for what I paid her for. Keep that in mind. Google her. There is nothing but bad things written about her all over the internet let alone her google reviews. I should have read about all her unhappy customers and negative articles written To Veronica's comment: YOU are an absolute liar. I don't need to speak on whatever crap you're saying because a simple search of your google reviews will show all of the horrible reviews you have. If you google "blue ivy and Beyoncé" you can see articles of Beyoncé asking for a restraining order against this awful woman. Poor excuse for a human being! Literally everything she wrote in her response to my comment is a lie and don't entertain her BS! One simple google search will SHOW all her unhappy customers dating back YEARS!

Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!! I highly recommend her and her team. In conclusion: Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

I was referred to Kyle through a former co-worker who is also in the event planning world. I was originally looking for help navigating some minor things with my baby shower. Kyle brought our combined vision to life, my "baby shower at a brewery but make it spacious, accommodating, and cute - oh and I want a balloon arch" idea turned into this beautiful event in the pictures. Kyle worked hand in hand with my Mom on everything. Considering none of my family is local, this was such a huge help to have someone who knew exactly which vendors to use. The cupcakes! The cookies! And oh my god the food! That was all Kyle. Every idea I had she ran with. And concern I had, she handled. Oh and on the day of the party, she coordinated everything, also stepped in to make sure I had great pictures and was our impromptu paparazzi.
