The dispatcher called shortly before 10AM to confirm we we home and said the technician would arrive shortly. The technician arrived promptly, and proceeded to extract 20 feet of root from the drain, then did a high pressure flush to clean the remaining dirt. He accomplished the whole job in an hour and a half. He was polite, efficient, competent, and very skilled. He arrived shortly thereafter, evaluated the situation, arranged deliver of a shiny new hot water tank, completed the installation, removed the old tank and departed at about 4:00 pm.
