I got a tiny pen tip sized rock chip on the drivers side and the glass started cracking across the windshield and was making 1/2 moon cracks as it went across that are not connected to each other. I have read that it is caused from a faulty windshield or faulty installation.

I called him when I got home and he said I was lying because he showed me that it was working before he left, funny I wasn't home when he left. He then told me it was not his fault that I was too stupid to know how to open and close a window. if you have this company do your roof, make sure to have them pull the paper off the bottom edge of…read morethe roof where the ice and water shield goes. they dont do it and in order for it to work properly it needs to stick to the wood. they had an out-of-state crew do the roof on my house this summer and they did not cut the shingles at the edge of the roof going up the eave. they just ripped them off. they also broke a spotlight off the fascia and did not report it or offer to fix it. when joe from the office came to look at the handiwork he tried to play off the jagged edged shingles like there was nothing wrong with them and thats how they should be. when he saw the fascia bend and sticking out he looked at me and said, "so whats wrong with it?" they did the job in september and still havent fixed the damage. they did a poor job and i will not hire them to do any more work.
