A few hours later at our front door was a beautiful mini orchid plant and a card from the Aunties. I can not say enough about the kindness and love by this amazing team! Thank you love the Temples

They do their best to drop off a dry and clean dog, but for a long-haired collie in North Vancouver that's not an easy task. From the intial intake with Ashley and run-in's with a couple of their walkers Jack and Kelsey, it's clear that everyone on the team loves your dog like their own, is professional and are genuinely very sweet people. We hadn't realized it but our dog had Kennel cough, which meant he couldn't go on the scheduled walk as its very contagious, but he was let into to the yard for business etc. before being returned inside. I am very pleased with their protocols for this situation and similarly how they groups dogs for abilities and behavior. If you're in need of a team of caring, professional dog walkers, where you don't have to worry about what's happening in the afternoon, I would whole heartedly recommend them.

Not very many businesses ask why I took my business else where. The rates for doggy day care seem to be in the same range as the other locations. I initially looked…read moreinto a dog walker for Camilla when she started to resist walking in the door of her doggy daycare. Alison takes a maximum of 5 dogs on the group walks, so Camilla has plenty of attention in a less overwhelming environment. Most importantly Camilla gets to run off-leash and explore the local parks! Alison typically takes Camilla (& now my other dog, Jasper) for several hours, despite the "one hour" price. Both of my dogs are high energy, so the off-leash adventure walks are a great way to physically and mentally tire them out. Alison leaves a note stating the time she picked up and dropped off the dogs, along with a little sentence about where they went. We've bumped into Alison at the dog park several times and the dogs are always beyond excited & happy to see her!! I know Alison truly cares about all the dogs in her pack - on what I thought was Camilla's last day with the group before I moved, Alison took Camilla for the ENITRE DAY! Luckily, Alison was able to make our new location work, so Camilla & Jasper can continue their adventure walks with the group

My finance and I called Zoomies inquiring about their overnight boarding services. Everything…read moreseemed okay when we booked a night for our two dogs on Dec 31st for Jan 2nd. Later that evening on Dec 31st around 7 pm we received a call from Zoomies and were asked to bring our dogs in for a trial visit before they stayed overnight. We were asked to bring our dogs in at 630 am to 1130 am on Jan 2 even though we needed boarding services that same day at 1 pm. Today (Jan 1) I called the company and requested for a trial visit for today as we needed to know if they were able to board our dogs for Jan 2. Sammy the individual working called her boss and asked if we could come in today and we were appreciative of that as they were technically only open for the dogs that were already being boarded overnight and not for daycare. When I arrived at Zoomies with my 2 dogs I was then informed there would be a charge of $27 per dog for a full day visit. I was surprised and disappointed as this was never explained to us previously (the additional charges) and the charges were first mentioned when I was at the business with my 2 dogs ready to drop them off. I spoke to the owner Craig and informed him of all that had occurred and he said he would talk to his staff and offered his apologies. He stuck by the daycare rate and offered me no other options. Craig even informed me the overnight boarding option was new as of Dec 2014 and was for dogs that had already had a daycare visit. This was surprising for me to hear as this had not been mentioned on Dec 31st when we initially booked their services. I was unaware of the requirements for a overnight stay (i.e. the additional cost for a daycare visit). There was a huge barrier in communication here as well as poor customer service! We are extremely disappointed as we feel there were no other options made available to us as potential customers!
