About an hour into it he said yours is on the rack so shouldn't be much longer. Not much longer must equate to another hour. This dealership service department is so unprofessional. The employees weren't wearing company shirts and they were wearing shorts, not uniform shorts one was wearing cut off denim shorts. They were answering and talking to customers on speaker phone.
