We had a great experience here. Our original parasailing reservation was pushed back a day because of weather not cooperating -- Becky was great about calling me to offer me a new timeslot and she was very friendly both over the phone and in person. Captain Scott and his First Mate (unfortunately I can't remember his name) were great -- they definitely know what they are doing. Our six year old was VERY nervous about going, and they did a great job making him feel at ease. They were fun to talk to and clearly very experienced with what they were doing. It's a bit expensive, but really you get what you pay for. I'm OK with paying what I did knowing that the people behind it all have the experience and know-how to do it safely and make it fun. read more

We rented the ski boat for the afternoon and spent our afternoon towing our two kids back and forth across the lake on a tube. We had an amazing, fun time. We reserved the boat weeks in advanced. The staff at the counter were extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.... read more

My first timing parasailing and I have to say I am so glad it was with Big Mac! The staff made me feel very relaxed, even with my fear of heights. They are extremely professional, but still fun and the gear was all top notch which made me feel very secure!! What a great experience. We have been coming to the lake for years and had a great sunset cruise. The Captain was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to tell us about the lake, some interesting history and took the time to answer questions and customize the tour for us. Rented a jetski from them and was very disappointed with the overall experience. Rented at 10 and rode for about 5 hours and when I returned it they charged me $50 dollars in gas. I estimate that we may have used 4-6 gallons in fuel so they must charge around $10 a gallon, which is insane when fuel prices are under $3 a gallon. I understand that they charge higher prices for fuel, but that much is unacceptable. Also they never let you see what they are doing with the fuel! They make you get off on the beach and then take it around the corner to fill it. Then on the receipt it only shows a total. Very sketchy in my opinion and don't think I will be back anytime soon for this. read more

Worst customer service experience ever. I scheduled months in advance and had my appointment cancelled while on my 5 hour drive to the lake for this experience. They said the boat was malfunctioning and parts were being overnights. A few hours later I called back to see if we could reschedule for a couple days later since we were spending the week at the lake. They rescheduled us for Friday just a couple hours before we were supposed to drive back home. On our way to that second appointment they called us 5 minutes prior to arrival and cancelled again. Ok, so there's unforeseen circumstances(mechanical) and things like weather which are beyond our control. But what gets me is that they made no attempt to try to rectify or offer maybe a discount for the next trip out or nothing. They didn't even offer to reschedule!! It was only because I called back that we even got rescheduled. Lesson learned I guess..... read more
