We rarely leave reviews unless we feel the owner stands behind his business and Lou prides himself on exceptional customer service with courtesy and professionalism. We have been renting for over 4 years now. We have NEVER been disappointed. The set up team and tear down team come in smoothly and leave just as efficiently!! Regretfully we had to try another local vendor about a year ago and we have been scarred ever since. The prices were exorbitant for a mediocre small bounce house at best. With Lou's, every bounce house is GRAND in size and he has several options on various bounce houses! Lou's also offers all concessions as well. The cotton candy machine is always a hit with all of our guests! Adults included!! Lou's is a one stop shop for all of your party needs! Tables, chairs, dunk tanks, cotton candy machines and much more to list! We have two small children that squeal with excitement the minute we say we are calling Lou's!! My sister and I have rented bounce houses from this company about four times already and couldn't be happier with the great service that we got. The ordering process was easy. The delivery was great, they came on time set everything up for us before the party and even eased any concerns we had. We have a small slope in our yard and the gentlemen where more than happy to answer our questions and assure us that we would have no problems. Were most people would have been annoyed with our probing they went above and beyond to explain and it went great. They called ahead when they were coming to pick up and broke everything down with ease and in the matter of minutes. Online ordering was easy and instructions on what to expect were thorough. Per the instructions, someone called the day before the event to give timeframe of drop off. We didn't have to do a thing as far as the set up process besides showing them where to place it and inspecting everything once it was set up. For pickup we didn't even need to be there. The delivery guys were very nice and fast dropping off and picking up. The bounce house was definitely a hit with the kids. We got the slide- bounce combo and hooked a water hose to it for water fun. Nate was very professional and provided suggestions as to where to place the bounce house (we were using a large field, and I was very concerned about the placement of the generator and line leading to the unit) so children would not come in contact with either. Booking was easy, set up was on time and quick... Rented a bounce house for a party Saturday afternoon, they delivered it Friday night and set it all up and told me not to touch it until they come back to pick it up Sunday morning. Later that night I took the trash out and happened to notice the bounce house had collapsed, the motor was still running but it was completely on the ground. I called in a panic, I emailed. No response. Ever. One of our neighbors luckily figured out that it was not fastened properly and fixed it for us. But I never got a response from the company. So beware, if you rent and have an issue, you're out of luck. There is zero communication. read more

Both delivery and pick up time was accurate and friendly staff. The bouncy house we ordered was perfect fit to our front yard and great quality. Only thing I would like them to upgrade is their online catalog, I wanted to see more pictures including inside like other companies.
