You start by grabbing your piece, deciding on a design, choosing your colors, then you paint your design, and add the number of layers that they recommend. There were so many great pieces to choose from that were all reasonably priced. During the time we were there it was busy, but easy to move around the shop and quiet enough for our group to all chat while we worked.
