I was a huge tomboy as a teenager and used to wear so much Carhart stuff. I was hoping to find some items similar to what I had growing up. I actually stopped in again twice on a trip this year, heading from and to FL. All the times I visited, I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The staff is attentive and polite. I looked through all the Carhart items and unfortunately did not find anything I was looking for. Then I found some sweatshirts that were on sale that felt super comfortable and decided to purchase one. OMG I wore this thing so much until the sauna heat appeared in FL! I never heard of the label but it is Southern Fried Cotton. My second visit was just to purchase more of those sweatshirts! Lucky me, they were on sale this time! I purchased 3! I was so happy that when I was visiting my parents, I told my mom, and then she was interested. Unfortunately when I went back, they did not have any in her size or the same style as the original I purchased, that she liked. The store is large but very packed with clothing, accessories, and shoes. I definitely would not call or compare this to an outlet because the prices are higher here than at the outlets. They also have a membership program, where you can build points to get rewards. Unfortunately, I signed up my second visit so I missed out on my first purchase.

Worst customer service experience ever! Took a Christmas gift back to exchange, but they can not do…read morean exchange! I was told BY the associate helping me that they can exchange and have it shipped to me but I would have to pay the difference because of the reward points. They then called a manger because I told them to forget it and she said she had already processed the return so I couldn't take my shoes back! They refunded the card of the person who bought the shoes! So now I have NO shoes for my present AND they lost their reward points because the refund did NOT include those back!!! I will never shop at Belks again, and I told the other person NOT to order anything else for me from there.

Pricing was not significantly discounted but reasonable. Some of the other more high-end stores were Less stocked than I'm used to at other outlets. She said that would not be possible and I would have to wait until it was my turn in queue.. Fine I got everybody the car and into Walmart. 1220 she calls me to say the nail hole could not be repaired and I needed to come back to the counter. After getting everyone checked out I got us all back to the counter. Her and manager Larry seem to be have verbal altercation behind counter in front of all customers She said I would need a new tire and the warranty that I bought two months ago on these new tires would only provide a discount on the new tire. I asked her how long it would take for the new tire to be put on. She said I don't know , we've been waiting for you to come back in a very condescending and rude way which had nothing to do with how long the new tire would take.Another 30 minutes goes by and they called to tell me they cannot find my lock key for the tire. they were the last ones to change the tires on the car. The rude woman at the counter was absolutely no help so I asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager, Larry, who went out to also look in the car for the key. Comes back he can't find it , says some else must've lost it. I explained to him that nobody had touched my tires since they put them on two months ago.. He said nothing I can do ,so after 2 1/2 hours I got absolutely no service done, no sorry I lost your key ,no offer of resolution for any of it. The old lady at the counter was so rude to customers that the other employees were apologizing for her bad behavior. She should not be working in customer service anywhere. Larry needs to go back for more management training and how to resolve issues I will never use that car center again. When I got to the restaurant up the road, I googled what a lock key looked like , looked around the trunk , moved a couple things and lo and behold. There's the damn key. unbelievable!!

It is located near the Outlet Mall but far enough away (half a mile) from the traffic from there. The shopping center is technically located in Selma, NC. The parking lot is large, but you might still have trouble finding a parking place as it is a busy store. DeWayne's is not an outlet store but a high-quality, family-owned store with name brands. You will find clothing, Pandora, Kendra Scott, Hey Dude, Vineyard Vines, Simply Southern, Tommy Bahama, Julie Vos, Birkenstock, and Yeti coolers, as well as shoes and accessories. I am sure I missed a lot. I wouldn't normally go two days in a row, but after I posted my photos, I saw other photos of the upstairs. So I had to see what I missed, and I decided to go looking for an item. Upstairs was the Attic, where items are discounted 50% and 70% on Wednesdays, I was informed by an employee. Christmas Land is the largest Christmas store in North Carolina, with eleven decorated rooms. The Garden Center with indoor and outdoor plants was another popular area. They had bird seed, different types of soil, and containers. The Sweet Shop had a variety of fudge and Hershey's ice cream. There were other specialty foods throughout the store and closer to the cash registers. Everyone here was friendly, and I was even recognized on my second visit. When I entered for the first time, the employee could tell I was a little overwhelmed and helped me learn the layout of the store. If the outlet mall isn't for you, make sure you stop at DeWayne's for a much better experience. On my first visit, I left with Suzy Zoo items, fudge and chocolates. While I didn't find what I was looking for on the second day, I found something in the Christmas Land that would work. The line to check out was much longer, so I kept finding more items while waiting to pay. It was a good thing I didn't get a cart. They do have a rewards club, which I should have joined, as I am looking forward to returning.

I did not feel at all like she wanted to welcome us. She did not enjoy anything about her job. I ordered two chocolate shakes and an orange aid. The lady asked me if I wanted pineapple or cherries or anything and when I looked at her and said no, I'd like the shakes plain please she snapped at me. I'm talking about the orange aid. I told her I'm not from here. I did not know that you guys added anything to it and I'm sorry. I just want a plain one. We went outside to the patio when our order was done, and I realized I did not have a straw for my orange aid. So my daughter went in to grab another straw and again the young redheaded lady told her I already gave you straws. My daughter said you gave us straws for the shake, but not for the orange drink. The redheaded lady orange told my daughter, You mean, orange aid. No, I wasn't born yesterday and I come here twice a year and I drop a lot of money at your store. I know that it seems like it'd be a desirable place for young people to work because you get a discount and it's a pretty cool place to work at I think that this girl might need some more training or maybe another girl who really wants to work at that store should take her place.
