They called an actual manager Matt who said used items can't be returned because they aren't in "good condition". Online it says I can return any item that I am not satisfied with. Dear Walmart, please explain your return policy so it makes sense. It runs like a well oiled machine. Never once has my order been wrong. Employees are friendly and courteous. I recently purchased a cutting board and when I checked out I used Apple Pay, I accidentally pushed the cancel button and still owed for the item to be purchased. I looked at my Apple Pay account and it said purchased 31.00 on 11/15/24 at marshals in Palatka with the date but I didn't get a receipt. So the management came up and told me it was canceled and their computer didn't show any pending or purchases or "paid" so therefore I can't get a receipt or refund and there was nothing I could do or nothing they could do except wait 24 hours and hopefully the money would refund or return to my Apple Pay Account. I ended up paying cash and I still haven't any return of funds to my account. Therefore Marshals in Palatka made 62.00 on an item that was priced at 31.00.
