COMPLAINT ON CASHIER BRITTNEY... A couple months ago I had…read moregone shopping and had noticed about an hour after leaving the store that I had misplaced my phone, I had gone back to every store I had been to starting from Ollie's and went to every store we went to after and still had no clue where my phone was. I had happened to have a quick conversation with the cashier that had checked me out, Brittney, and she had told me that she had no clue of any phone being turned in and had not seen one but if she did would contact me at the number I had left if my phone was found. At this point I had gone back to my house and got my iPad and logged into find my iPhone so I could track my phones last location and it popped up at Ollie's as it's last active location. I went back to Ollie's with the iPad and started pinging my phone which lead me to your manager who had informed me that the cashier Brittney, whom I had spoken too the first time I came into the store, had the phone hidden along the side of her cash register. This does not only look bad on her for lying about the missing phone but on the stores overall integrity. My phone had been returned to me but I was not satisfied with the way it had been gone about. I was not aware of the cashier's name until I went back and had recognized her from this encounter before. Honest workers are better than sneaky ones.

One checker and you could tell she wasn't into her job or customer service at all. Just going thru the motions. It wasn't just me complaining. The whole line was. At one point there were 9 people waiting forever and 3 people waiting on presales and 1 person waiting on an online order. It took my whole lunch hour to get a few little items. One lady said she would not return and the other said if she wanted to shop at Belk she would go to Lufkin. I'm not too sure I will be back! Here you can get horrible outdated clothing and hideous nicknacks, all in a dismal setting. Think Dollar Store junk (except it doesn't just cost a dollar), then add Goodwill clothing (except at retail prices). Take a look at the pics I took; they speak for themselves. Unfortunately, poor people shop here thinking they are saving money on clothes when in reality they could get good, fashionable clothes for less during sales at decent stores. This is one of the most depressing stores I think I have ever had the misfortune to enter.

She finally told the register girl to turn on the light! The register people had NO NAME TAGS ON! I asked my cashier guy Adam~ what the register girls name was & "he didn't know, she was new"!!! They don't care about their customers & you can tell they don't like their job. Then get away from customers if that's the case!!

The "food court" consists of an independent corn-dog/hamburger place and an ice cream shop. Other than that and a Bath & Bodyworks, the "Mall" portion of the complex is empty. Ok, I take that back, there is a place that does hair weave/nails. I posted numerous photos of the inside to Yelp, just so you can see. I'm actually kind of surprised there is nothing in the mall, given that Nacogdoches is a "college town", and albeit students are generally considered "cash poor", a large percentage of the money they do have is considered disposable income. Anyhow, Lufkin Mall in Lufkin (30 minutes south) is MUCH better. It actually has national brand stores (Aeropostale, Hot Topic, American Eagle).

We spent at least an hour in this business and were treated like queens. I wish we thought of getting the two ladies names working last night. They were truly amazing and attentive! We tried on multiple garments and when one of the employees was putting the ones we did not want to purchase away I had to apologize that we tried on so many, to which the employee waved it off and said we were amazing and don't worry about. I am here visiting and wish we had a Maurice's in Alaska, you definitely know how to employee those who are excellent in customer service. Thank you two ladies for giving us such a pleasant experience!
