Nobody comes up to you asking if you need assistance. They all stand behind the cash registers talking to each other instead. The last few times I had to go up to the sales associate and ask for help. Which is something I'm not used to. I shop at MAC often and they are always so helpful. I noticed as well that the area where they offer makeovers was a mess. Used brushes laying out and dirty Kleenex on the counter. I will not be back to this location.
