I overheard her say to other employees, in front of us, "It's a waste of time, that's why I stopped trying." When we politely asked for her name, she responded with attitude, and as we were walking out, she added "with a K" in a condescending tone. The staff remained professional, but the manager's behavior was unhelpful and unprofessional. As a 15+ year Verizon customer, this experience was very disappointing. I truly feel bad for the employees who are running that store while she sits and watches. We have escalated this incident to corporate and hope they correct her behavior, but i definitely don't recommend going into the store if she's there in the meantime.
