I found the staff extremely friendly, making small talk as I checked out, asking if I was buying the dress for a special occasion, telling me a little bit about themselves. It had a very family-business-feel, though I don't know if it is, and very relaxed. There was no coming up while I was browsing the racks and trying to pressure me into buying anything. I was given my space and I really like that when I'm shopping. And the clothes were quite inexpensive. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I'd be happy to drop by again.

I was astonished and very impressed by the number of clocks I saw. Ernest was very gracious with his time and showed me literally hundreds of clocks, most of which were rare and expensive. She managed the on-site portions of the process efficiently and communicated reasonably well during the sales and cleanout phase. However, once the sale was over, communication essentially stopped. I was told by Mari that she would send me the sale proceeds amounts that evening, but then I was completely ghosted for several weeks. After daily attempts to reach her with no response I had to send a formal message with a deadline stating that, if I did not receive a response and check I would be filing a police report. Only then did I receive a reply. The check that arrived was for only $1,100 for an entire home full of beautiful items, with no itemized list of what was sold or for how much. There was no transparency about pricing, totals, or how the proceeds were calculated. I felt taken advantage of at a very vulnerable time, and the lack of documentation and communication raises serious concerns about how funds from different estates are being handled. If you are considering using her, I would strongly suggest insisting on a detailed written report of itemized sales records and I would encourage you to sit at the sales monitoring items that were sold. From what I could see she list items at a high price and collects alot of unreported cash.

These were purchased in Asia and being hand-sewn, we needed a responsible, worthy business to ensure maximum care. Tomas meticulously identified all the discrepancies, tears and loss of fibers. ALL WERE RESTORED. Tomas delivered. Superb, if not industry standard, customer service, like nothing I've ever seen. We even went with one of their options to have velcro installed and wall mount one of our rugs. The rugs were filthy for being walked on for 50 years and in multiple homes throughout our military career.
