They just opened less than a week ago so…read moreI'm sure there are adjustments to come soon but, the staff as a whole is overbearing at best and lackadaisical at worst. Their apologies for the many faults are overabundant and insincere. One employee practically pushed my girlfriend off of a clothes rack in order to place more clothes on it. While I do appreciate the zeal and pseudo work ethic this seems to be exactly the opposite of how customer service should be operated in a retail environment. The worst part is that it seems that middle management encourages this behavior. I give the store a three star rating because it could possibly be fixed but, it would take significant cuts in staff including some management positions. Significant training could remedy the customer service faux pas caused by the few staff members who seem to actually care but, are too inexperienced.

They can not seem to get it together. You place an order for pick-up they never have the items…read morethey sold you so the sub it for cheaper item or if you luck the will replace with a better brand then slid in a higher price. They lie and say they have an item to get you to order and they do not have it 98% of the time. But, went you drive there for pick up you so mad you just take it anyway. Today, I paid for delivery, that I was not suppose to pay for as I'm a boost member (not any more). I paid for delivery to get the sale price on a ham that was in stock when I ordered but guess what, not there when they delivered it. And the delivery person said they have been out of hams all week. I believe Wal-mart just settled a law suit for the same thing. Any good lawyers out there would like to start a class action suit?

Couple of department stores, Office Depot (never seen one inside of the mall). Bed, Bath & Beyond was there--like that store. But it seems like the locals don't take it seriously.
