Answer that phone! My phone was left last night in instead of your employee helping and giving me my phone , he just tried to get my phone number , play dollar general cI would totally love to say nice things about the store. They just opened less than a week ago so…read moreI'm sure there are adjustments to come soon but, the staff as a whole is overbearing at best and lackadaisical at worst. Their apologies for the many faults are overabundant and insincere. One employee practically pushed my girlfriend off of a clothes rack in order to place more clothes on it. While I do appreciate the zeal and pseudo work ethic this seems to be exactly the opposite of how customer service should be operated in a retail environment. The worst part is that it seems that middle management encourages this behavior. I give the store a three star rating because it could possibly be fixed but, it would take significant cuts in staff including some management positions. Significant training could remedy the customer service faux pas caused by the few staff members who seem to actually care but, are too inexperienced.

And over time it got better. Thank goodness, customer service has greatly improved.read more

Orders replacement Lenses, but then they tell you, Lenses weren't needed? It's at this point whoever assessed phone should've seen the phone lenses weren't broken, the lens Protectors were cracked. However, $50.00 charge isn't refundable? Because replacement lenses were ordered. THEIR MISTAKE COST ME $50.00!!! BOTTOMLINE: This is a Clear Case of a "MISDIAGNOSIS".
