They can not seem to get it together. You place an order for pick-up they never have the items they sold you so the sub it for cheaper item or if you luck the will replace with a better brand then slid in a higher price. They lie and say they have an item to get you to order and they do not have it 98% of the time. But, went you drive there for pick up you so mad you just take it anyway. Today, I paid for delivery, that I was not suppose to pay for as I'm a boost member (not any more). I paid for delivery to get the sale price on a ham that was in stock when I ordered but guess what, not there when they delivered it. And the delivery person said they have been out of hams all week. I believe Wal-mart just settled a law suit for the same thing. Any good lawyers out there would like to start a class action suit? read more

Not a very helpful place. My physician called in a prescription to this location, after 3 days I picked up all but one prescription, they said nothing about the missing medication, I called them that day they said the medication would be available on the following day. I finally called, now we are on day 5 they inform me they will not fill the prescription. No communication came from the pharmacy, I had to call them! Let me also note that after all the "improvements' to the entire store, prices increased yet their stock remains sketchy at best. And the store lacks that clean feeling Kroger was so good for before. I suggest you try Walmart for your food shopping and CVS for your pharmacy needs. read more

Larger than normal Kroger. Has Dublin's only Starbucks. 24 hour facility. Redbox out front. Cheap gas, too. The best thing about the Dublin Kroger is how well managed it is. The manager is very visible and accessible to the customers. His employees have better than average customer care skills. read more

Hopefully, you don't need to shop here before 10:00 A.M. on any given day of the week much less have a full cart because they have only one cashier open and she's in slow, dinosaur motion! Her line is backed up so I resorted to the self checkout, as did others. The self checkout customers were complaining that it was ridiculous. I have to agree. Go to Food Depot. They have multiple cashiers who will help you check out quickly. You would think Kroger could pay more than one cashier on a Friday morning but NO they cannot! read more

This place has become a joke. Used to be a good grocery store. They are out of so much stuff and looks like they are ran by a bunch of 16 year olds that can care less. There was one bag of chicken 1/4s in the refrigerator case. What meat that was in the "fancy" meat case looked like it was cut by a 12 year old with a butter knife. Multiple meat cases were empty along with a lot of other shelves. A lot of people shop here to get $0.03 off gas but do the math you you only save $0.60 when you buy 20 gallons of fuel hardly worth it. Had 2 people while in the store tell my the Piggly Wiggly has a much better meat department. That is where I will go next to buy groceries. Publix if you are reading this Dublin needs a real grocery store so please come quickly. read more

Wednesday, Feb. 17, was my first time shopping for groceries at the Dublin Kroger store. While I had been in the store before, I had never bought groceries there. (I live in a small, nearby town) Since I had to be in Dublin anyway, I decided to try it out. I want to tell you, management, and employees, how very impressed I was with you! I could not believe the variety of items available in the store (did I mention I'm from a very small town? *smile*), and the fact that the shelves were fully stocked. In fact, there were associates all over the store, constantly re-stocking, offering assistance, etc. The produce section alone blew me away! ALL of your employees were very friendly, stopping what they were doing to greet me, and asking if I needed assistance with anything. When I finished shopping, I was directed to an open register by a very nice cashier, who asked if I had found everything I needed. She was very efficient and had me checked out quickly! Little did I know, it was also "Senior discount" day, and along with the Kroger card I had loaded to my phone, I was more than pleased with my total bill. I have to say that having been in Kroger stores before with family members who were shopping (Macon), I was hesitant to shop here because there IS so much available. I was afraid I would spend too much! But, that was not the case, and I WILL be back. Though I live about 35 miles away, I have to come to Dublin fairly often for other reasons. Kroger will be a regular stop from now on. Oh, and it doesn't hurt that there is a Starbucks inside! *smile* Thank you for a great grocery shopping experience! read more
