Their apologies for the many faults are overabundant and insincere. One employee practically pushed my girlfriend off of a clothes rack in order to place more clothes on it. While I do appreciate the zeal and pseudo work ethic this seems to be exactly the opposite of how customer service should be operated in a retail environment. The worst part is that it seems that middle management encourages this behavior. I give the store a three star rating because it could possibly be fixed but, it would take significant cuts in staff including some management positions. Significant training could remedy the customer service faux pas caused by the few staff members who seem to actually care but, are too inexperienced.

There is a wide range of styles, colors and sizes to choose from and I was able to find a dress for an upcoming wedding, a casual dress, a pair of cute pants with a top to match.
