I called and made an order for Birthday Flowers to be sent. They told me they had a bundle that was…read more$50, I asked if there was one for $40 and they said yes. I told them I would like to get the $40 one and they told me that it would be $7.95 for delivery. As I was hanging up she says the total was $62. I was going to call back and ask about the price but I had called just before they closed. I called back today and asked them why I was being charged so much for a $40 arrangement.. They told me that the person that took the order wrote down that I wanted the $50 one and she is not sure who I talked to. I told her I asked for the $40 one but all she just said sorry she wrote you down for the $50 one. No offer was made to give a discount because one of THEIR employees wrote the order down wrong. All that was said was "Sorry, I don't know who you talked to." I am very upset that nothing was done to correct THEIR mistake.

It is sad when you refer someone to a business and they let you down. I helped my niece buy a dress…read morefrom here so my daughter in law decided to go here to rent the tuxedo for my grandson to go with her. Of course COVID comes along and no prom. So my daughter in law contacted them in March and their response was that if the prom did not reschedule then they would get a refund minus an administrative fee. Sounds good, so fast forward to this week and my daughter in law contacts them again to let them know that our school did not reschedule. What was their response? NO REFUND AT ALL per the owner. And we are not the only ones. She has done this to multiple people and tries to poor pitiful me when she is called out on Facebook! This is straight cash in her pocket because she doesn't pay the rental company a DIME until the rental is delivered to her ( Which was never done). I can understand a no refund policy when it is done at the last minute and she had to pay for it but this is not the case. She is just out to cheat people out of their money! So I hope she remembers this when no one will do business with her. Live and learn but my family will never do business here again!
