So my daughter in law contacted them in March and their response was that if the prom did not reschedule then they would get a refund minus an administrative fee. Sounds good, so fast forward to this week and my daughter in law contacts them again to let them know that our school did not reschedule. What was their response? NO REFUND AT ALL per the owner. And we are not the only ones. She has done this to multiple people and tries to poor pitiful me when she is called out on Facebook! This is straight cash in her pocket because she doesn't pay the rental company a DIME until the rental is delivered to her ( Which was never done). I can understand a no refund policy when it is done at the last minute and she had to pay for it but this is not the case. She is just out to cheat people out of their money! So I hope she remembers this when no one will do business with her. Live and learn but my family will never do business here again!

Mr.Strickland the owner came to the rescue. He punched the hole in my belt and would NOT hear of my paying him. That was so very nice of him. Then on another occasion I bought my stepson a pair of nice boots that time Terry Garnto helped me and he was too oh so very nice. Then another time I had their daughter Stacey. What can I say she was a complete angel. Needless to say I have had nothing but the best of service in that place. If you want a nice pair of boots or a good real leather belt for your loved one, then that's the place you need to shop. It's number one service all the way. Please stop in and see those fine folks. You will love them as much as I do. Jane Sterling #1!!!!!!!!!!!!

He bought me 3 other items I didn't need. Went to the store to exchange them, an arrogant insulting lady came to the counter, so I proceeded to try and get my money back (all this for a mere $35!). At first she said I could get store credit because I had the receipt. After going back and forth, she loved arguing but finally came around, for 17 years I got bad vibes from that store and will never go again. I gave the boots to Goodwill and will go to my local shoe store to get a pair. My Grandson approved. The arrogant "lady" stated "I'm the owner, I can do anything I want to". p.s. I'm a combat wounded Veteran & had a Purple Heart hat on to identify me, but it made no difference, nor did it being almost Christmas. DON'T GO unless you're SURE you won't return or exchange anything.

I'm new to renting tuxedos I normally like to buy suits. Because I don't understand the point of…read morepaying for something that you're going to return but anyways. My friend was having a wedding and I was one of the groomsmen and this is where he decided to choose his tuxedos from. Now don't get me wrong I understand renting tuxedos from anywhere is high so the price isn't the problem, it's the customer service. The guy mr. Peacock that works there is pretty cool but the guy that owns the place is beyond rude. If my friend was not getting married and chose his tuxedos from here I would never have gotten a tuxedo from this location.the gentleman talk to me like I was garbage. It all started because I'm a bigger gentleman and I wear my pants under my stomach that I wear a size 40 or 42 now I know this and I know tuxedo pants fit different because I've been buying suits for years from New York fashions downtown Dublin. Which I highly recommend for anybody that wants a suit. The guys told me that I wore a 54. this would be different if another friend of mine wouldn't have just got married and his pants fit me and it was the same size that I needed which was closer to a 46 or 48. The guy told me he was still going to order the size pants that he said he was going to order. When they came in I told him I don't think these pants will fit because now we're only three days away from the wedding and if the pant size is 10 sizes too big I don't know what they would do. The guy I proceeded to ask me how often do I work tuxedos? I told him this would be the first time. Then he asked how many tux's do you think I rent in a year? I told him probably a lot. Then he stated don't come in here telling me how to do my job because I know what I'm doing. Now I'm not one to get angry quick but when he said this it automatically made me mad. I don't like confrontation so I didn't say anything at first. Then he proceeded to say if I didn't trust who was doing his suits I would come to that location and would go somewhere else. At which time I did tell him back that if it was my choice I would have never came in this location. I don't think you should ever speak to a customer this way. I've worked in customer service for going on 15 + years and I would never be rude to a customer this way. the young guy that works there tried to call me down and explain to me how tuxedo pants fit. When I looked at the size on the pants they ordered a 48 and not a 54 like they say they were going to. So thankfully they fit. But see the thing is they're the only ones that tell that rent tuxedos that I know of. So they kind of hold that as they could do and say whatever they want to to their customers. But after being talked to like that I will never step back in this location again. I will never recommend this location to anybody. What I do recommend is either going to New York fashions downtown they may rent tuxedos I have never asked but the gentleman that owns that location is very nice and very helpful. I've been buying suits from there for years and have never had a problem. His brother also owns one in Augusta as well. Or I recommend just driving old up to Macon are renting a tuxedo up there weather be for weddings or proms. My thing is not the money cuz I don't care how much I pay for something if I pay you for it and it's for me I wanted to fit how I want it fit. If I don't like it being a little snug and I wanted a size bigger that's what should happen because I paid for it to happen. Both of the weddings that my friends was in had problems with their tuxedo the first wedding they had to send the tuxedos back because the pant sizes were wrong and this wedding several of the pant sizes was wrong the vest was wrong and even one of them the shoes were wrong. That's really somebody that don't need to be told how to do their job. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. But like I said Mr peacock that works there is real nice and I haven't personally had any problems out of young guy that works there either.
