As much as I love the deals at Ross there are some things you have to know before you go. The sales associates are rarely helpful. The lady at the dressing room started telling me her life story the last time I was there. It was uncomfortable. The selection varies from store to store and from day to day. I rarely go in with a list of things to look for, instead, I go to browse. On a happier note, the plus size sections are normally large and have cute things if you're willing to dig. The prices are extremely reasonable. I have found high end items for cheap! Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Kate Spade to name a few. I like the decor section and it reminds me of TJ Maxx or Pier One. Be willing to browse (and dig) and you might just find some great treasures.

Situated in an old house near the Courthouse in Jeffersonville, it's extremely welcoming, as is the owner. Knowing I had an upcoming trip but that I don't get across the bridge much, I messaged her about opening on Monday--a day she usually is closed. We agreed to meet, and although I didn't spend as long as I could have wandering around to respect her time, I did see more clothing to try on a return visit. The best bargain is the fleece lined leggings that are one size for missy and one for plus and only $8!! Many tunics are available to go with, and I saw sizes from tiny up to 3 or 4X, something not always found in pretty clothing. I'm looking forward to looking stylish in my new leggings and tops and recommend you check it out as well!

I brought in a batch of clothes to sell and was met with pure hostility from the moment I interacted with the staff. The employee working--a short, blonde woman who flat-out refused to give me her name--was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She literally screamed at me the entire time I was in the store and even threatened to call the police on me for absolutely no valid reason. Being verbally abused and threatened while simply trying to bring in clothes as a regular shopper is completely unacceptable. Management desperately needs to address this employee's atrocious behavior and lack of basic customer service skills.
