Either do the background check up front ** just BE HONEST ** do not hire anyone before you do your due diligence if you only want to hire the pure and pristine people. At this time I noticed the tv was a 40" Roku tv instead of the 43" Roku tv I ordered and paid for. When I showed the employee that it was the wrong item he told me they were all out of the 43" tv's so sometimes they make substitutions. I told him the tv I bought was larger and more expensive and making a substitution wasn't an option especially since I paid more for the 43" tv. At this time he told me I needed to come inside to return the tv. This totally defeated the reason why I chose to purchase a tv online and have it ready for pickup in the drive-up area. Once inside I was given a refund and told the tv had the wrong barcode sticker on it. The employees really didn't seem to care about the situation. I checked the Target website later and the tv was placed back into their inventory and incorrectly listed as a 43" tv. Complete incompetence from Target! FYI this is the second time I've experienced a problem with buying a tv from Target so I definitely know better now.

Overall, Ellenton premium outlets is a nice place to shop and has good prices definitely a better deal than your average mall.

The holiday discounts were huge, making it a great time to shop for a mattress. They also offer delivery and will haul away your old mattress, which makes the whole process much easier. The salesperson on the floor was helpful and available to answer questions without being pushy. Overall, a great selection, excellent holiday deals, and helpful service. There was a three week wait for delivery, so we are excited to get the white glove delivery next week. Macy's is definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for a new mattress.
