At first we didn't think anyone would be home and they told us to just leave the mower out and they'd fix it. REMEMBER THIS, they would have had to call us eventually to tell us it was repaired or ask what was wrong in the first place. My grandparents were the only ones home so they answered when the technician arrived. They are from another country, English is not their first language. They tried their best to explain what was wrong but didn't get the message across, my mother was at work but was available to call and translate for the technician but he REFUSED. My grandma ended up calling her herself and held the phone up to explain what was wrong, (the mower wouldn't start) a back and forth argument ensued about how my grandparents told him one thing and my mom was telling him another. And eventually he ended up spraying starting fluid and charging $120 for it and leaving. My mother later decided to text the company and let them know their technician was extremely rude and unprofessional about the entire situation. Just know if you are a US citizen that speaks English as a second language YOU ARE NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER HERE. We offered a way to remediate the situation and you refused and argued, that's on you not us. Do better. In the texts he mentions we should have been onsite and that they can't do the job if they can't communicate with us, yet they tell us to leave the mower outside when nobody is home? That doesn't add up, which do you want? If anyone takes the time to read this just know I'm not making this review because my feelings were hurt, I'm making this review because people deserve to know the kind of service they're paying for. This company's lack of professionalism, blatant disregard for customer communication, and discriminatory attitude toward non-native English speakers is unacceptable. Businesses that operate with such poor standards and hostility toward their customers should not be rewarded with your hard-earned money. Take your business elsewhere--somewhere that values all customers equally and treats them with the respect they deserve.

Neighbor recommended I share it for others too, here ya go: Routine maintenance and full inspection on my riding mower, including pick up and delivery, quoted $450, with a 1 week turn around. Agreed, so they pick it up. 1 and half week later I call for update (past deadline, so I'm expecting maintenance work done at this point). Oh, there's a quote for additional work? Main drive belt needs replacing, new quote, $775. They haven't done maintenance yet, waiting for a decision on additional work. Girl on the phone says their must be something wrong with their "text messages", because the quote has been ready for a week. No call? No follow up? No work done yet? Terrible. I ask if we can't knock that labor down a little, as an additional $200+ seems excessive for changing a belt. Nope. Non negotiable. Doesn't matter that they've been sitting on it past the quoted timeframe, with no communication. By the way, it'll be at least another week before they can get it back to me now. They know they have me by the balls, the mower is there already. Do I pay $200+ for the round trip and have no work done? Obviously not. I paid for the work and let them bring it back. They got my $800, but won't ever get a penny more. When people ask where to get their machines serviced, I'll tell this story EVERY time. Bottom line here, this business took advantage of me. Had terrible customer service with zero attempt to make it right, let alone apologize. Go somewhere else folks, you're welcome.

Needed my snowblower repaired too so told him I'd drop that off. We met at his shop and he gave me a good deal on a nice mower and gave me a basic estimate for the repairs on the blower. He got back to me quickly and even dropped the blower off 2 days later. Very happy client! Oh and the spices he gave me are excellent as well! Prices are lower than places like Farm n Fleet with a warranty and a man that stands behind his work. I'd prefer that any day!

The appointment process was straightforward and he was able to get me a time that day. Marty was great to work with and demoed multiple machines for me. He provided honest recommendations without being pushy. He explained how each machine had been tuned up and any parts that had been replaced. He let me take my time looking at the machines and did not rush me at all. The pricing was clear and in the right price range based on the market research I did. To top it all off he was able to deliver the machine free of charge and also added in the smoked sea salt, which is excellent. Overall, it was a great experience working with Marty and he definitely gained my business for years to come with any maintenance or future purchases.
