I told them again when we arrived. They completed everything and there was no update at all about anything after waiting for hours. Once they were done, I asked them AGAIN to double check the drain plug and they assured me everything was okay. Fast forward today to getting my oil changed and it is completely STRIPPED and it's a RAM drain plug that was put in by them. I called them and they ran me in circles saying how they don't carry those parts and if they were told about the issue they could have changed it. Meanwhile, I told them about the issue repeatedly before, during, and after the oil change. On the phone, they said they could not help with my towing that I would need because of their mistake. They didn't mention any reimbursement or any help at all. My advice to you all is to go to a mechanic you TRUST because I thought dealership were the most trustworthy. They will find anyway to deny what you are saying and point the blame elsewhere. Please be mindful of where you get your car done and the people doing it.

I purchased a front axle assembly for my f250 from hansers salvage in billings mt that came with a…read moreone year warranty. We had the axle put in and we to get the truck aligned and come to find out that the right upper ball joint was defective. That should be under their warranty but guess, they said they never sold me the axle with the ball joints, we'll that's not true. So instead of keeping their word they refunded me 75.00 towards the ball joint, that should say something that they knew they was wrong and they don't want to own up to that there was issues with the axle. Oh they was as sweet to me when I was buying something from them but when you go back with issues on the parts that you buy they are not very nice. All I have to say is from now on I will look elsewhere for parts even it's out of state. The same thing happened to my daughter on a part for her truck.
