We were visiting Montana for our daughter's wedding. When we started heading home early on a…read moreMonday morning, we discovered a very low tire on our camp trailer. As we came through Columbus at 7:00 in the morning we saw Big Horn Tire. Although we figured we would need to wait for them to open, we saw the garage doors open so we pulled in. The manager, CJ was quick to discover that we had a nail in the tire. He let us know that he opens the doors of the shop early for situations like this and was happy to help us get it fixed and on our way! The tire was repaired quickly and, to top it off, when we went to pay, CJ told us not to worry about it and that he just wanted us to remember the awesome weekend wedding and to get home safely! We did! We made it all the way home to Oregon and the tire is still holding strong! Thank you CJ and thank you Big Horn Tire, what a life saver!

When Chris (a super nice guy!) got here he decided to pull the battery (no simple task...it's one that's partially buried) and sent us to buy a new one while he waited at the house. We returned, he Installed the battery, put everything back together and we were on our way in less than an hour. I should also mention he was at our house 15 minutes after we first called! I won't list what we were charged, but it was incredibly reasonable. We would not call any other place after this experience. Aaliby has our business for life. Highly recommend!!!
