Fair prices. Fast service . Honest work and advice…read more I had what I thought ( and was told by another other shop) was a starter issue. My vehicle sat at the other shop for weeks without repair. I called Mel' and they were able to get my vehicle in that evening. One of the guys towed my car with his own truck and charged minimally. They called early the next morning with news that the issue was my battery not holding a charge-not the starter at all. Their hourly charge is minimal in comparison to billings shops and while I could l have installed a battery myself I was happy to pay them the extra labor cost to just have my dang vehicle back ASAP. Friendly and honest. Even if they were to have replaced my starter I was quoted a much lower price than a shop in Billings. I will be using this shop in the future (though I hope not too soon)!

We scheduled for Tim to come see us the following morning as there was no need to come at night into a closed off area. No one was being allowed in and our equipment was secure. We met Tim the next morning and escorted him up the hill to our incident and broken fire truck. He handled us expertly and even offered a couple different options to get fixed on a Labor Day weekend. He dropped us off at a repair facility who did indeed get us going (that's a separate YELP). We learned that All Star Towing has complete buy in with emergency services and especially Fire. For this we are able to serve our communities better and faster because guys like Tim are out there and the owners of All Star Towing are behind us 100%. So refreshing and appreciated!
