I would give a 5 but it wouldn't let me. They did a great job washing and detailing my car inside…read moreand out. I didn't realize they didn't accept credit cards and was without cash. I was trusted enough to take the car, go to the bank and bring the money back. Not many places would have done that!!!! It was my first time using them and it won't be the last.

When visiting today I approached the wash and saw another customer that seemed to be having a hard time, when it was my turn to enter the wash directly behind them I motioned for the employee standing outside spraying my windshield to be able to speak to her, she ignored me. I motioned again and she again ignored me, and told me to take my foot off the break and go through the wash, I verbally asked for her to come talk to me and she again ignored me. I applied brakes and stopped my car from entering the wash and asked for her boss. Her boss came out (Chris) and I told him what had transpired, he said he would have a talk with her. I went on through the wash and pulled up to dry my vehicle, while standing there I thought well if I had an employee treating customers like this I would want to know, I approached the manager once again and asked for contact information for a general manager or district manager and the lady's name that I was referring to, Chris said he couldn't give me her name, meanwhile she's wearing a name tag! He told me the managers name (MJ) and I was on my way. It was my intention to contact a higher manager but it seems to be impossible. I hope this message makes it to someone that cares.
