half of the brushes don't rotate, Notification Lighting Doesn't illuminate, so you don't know if you are getting the products you pay for, or just the "manager" stating "yes they work " Ahhhhhh Do They now. ? thats why the motor has no power cord, looks like been cut off and used to tie the Detailing Brush Back. but yet, it works ? .... and how about the dryer, buffer pad, Yes, that works also, but yet its tied to the ceiling. ... going on 2 years now, and the 30 vacuums out front, only 4 work, but yet one is out of service over there also ? And The customer Service number you think you are dialing.... well if you live oversees, you might get lucky to call back. I suggest Totally avoid using this eye catchy trap. love it when they attempt to guide you onto the track leading into the wash, but are looking at their cellular phones while the car in front of you has Trailor hitch 1 foot longer and ya hit it, yet the "manager" attendant states they are not responsible since you had control of the vehicle. Yes this is a poorly run fly by night make the quick buck and don't Give a F""k. so they pull your purchase because manager and you dont see eye to eye, yet the refund, "management" dont know how to do that, you have to call the number on the "card" . damage your vehicle yet take your 40.00 and stop you from utilizing, but who would want to, ya just getting recycled water from the pit area and dish soap they apply to the brushes. When they first opened it was Biguys Wash, and excellent, then another corporation, then now its called take 5....... yeah take 5 min out your life getting pissed off and treated like your interrupting the staff cellular phone time. All in All, better off just utilizing the old fashioned hand held sprayers and doing it yourself. That old saying, Better off doing it yourself, Take 5 min of serenity back into your life. Can't wait untill one of these Staff members need to utilize health care facility That I work for, and Im the "attending" employee, ... this Will be fun !!!
