I took my car there because my passenger tire was wearing on one end but not necessarily having instability and took my car to this shop. After their revision they said I would need front strubs, sway bar links, front tires and alignment, i was told it would cost me $ 1268.00 for everything including $ 100 for alignment, $ 350 labor and the rest for parts and labor. So I would not waist time, I went and purchased the parts and brought it back. By that time, they said if I brought the parts I would be charged $ 650 plus allignmnet with no warranty. I asked why because was told a different amoutn but they were unable to respond to me. I decided to take it somewhere else where all it actually needed was the tires to be balanced and charged $ 104.00. Just over $ 1100 more than what they wanted to charge me. BE CAREFUL !

absolute worst customer service by this location in west columbia! the manager victor hernandez…read moreblatently lied to my face about a simple oil change. saying that he refused to service my vehicle without even looking at it. he told me again, "without even looking at anything" they assessed it isnt serviceable due to their own assumption. i was treated terrible, lied to, and was threatened he would call the law on me for stating he hasnt even looked at the oil plug or what i came in for! this is not a reputable business, and hopefully this saves another person from an issue like i dealt with today.
