They ruined my daughter's birthday because they couldn't figure out a small program glitch in their system. They wouldnt allow some of our family members in to celebrate our daughters 7th birthday because the two 15 year old employees couldn't figure out what was wrong with a phone number. Instead of getting a supervisor to give them a hand they actually laughed at us and motioned "too bad". They made no efforts at all to fix the issue, for example; allowing everyone to come in and fix the phone number issue for the 1 family member while allowing us to provide them business. Hey owner, that's money out of your pocket because the people hired can't do what they are suppose to do or come up with reasonable solutions to a problem henceforth giving your business (you probably worked hard for) a bad rep. They claimed liability for the kids...no no no the liability only exempts "them" from any of the kids getting hurt to CYA. It's not like the adults are going to hurt them. They are there to celebrate and supervise. Complete and utter disappointment. We instead went to the rec room and they gave my daughter free access to the VR for her birthday and they had a blast. Bad form guys, do better. Word spreads quick. read more

Of all the centres I've visited around Calgary this was the worst. From several failed attempts at getting waivers done online to arriving and finding 3 of the 4 check in stations offline nothing about this place says come back. The staff here seem like they are in some sort of work release program. All of them were slow none of them polite and most seemed to be hating life. I was in on a Saturday afternoon and lost areas that need "operators" were closed although there seemed to be plenty of staff hanging out looking at their phones. The Tots area is completely unsupervised and not controlled so full of larger children defeating the entire purpose of having such an area. If you have a tween/teen that you could dump out this may be OK but I would recommend saving the drive in favour of any of the ones in town. read more

Like most places of its kind, the costs are high, but not exorbitant. Other reviewers mentioned rude staff; however, that was not our experience. And the kids had some fun. So there's the two stars. They lose points for their minimal safe supervision--the waiver even specifically mentions this, and makes us relinquish any recourse due to their negligence (my word), and so smaller kids were getting knocked about by enthusiastic adults and some of the bigger kids. I saw at least one little girl holding her wrist as she came running to her mother, and my wife saw lots of kids crying from the rough treatment. Food was costly and not very good--but, to be fair, we didn't come there for hot dogs and chips. A little more about that waiver. They made me register an account, asking for my physical address, phone number, email address. What do they need this for? Does an indoor playground really benefit from warehousing data about its clientele? And even if the answer is yes, they provided no option for us to withhold some of this data. The waiver itself is over the top in what it asks us to indemnify. Some of it is not even in accordance with the laws of Alberta (but they force us to pay their legal fees if we decide to challenge them on any of it). A waiver is necessary for good business practice, I agree; but the extent of what we have to give up to be allowed in their facility is just too extreme. Two minor notes of irritation: 1) Their parking lot is too small and we spent too long driving in circles waiting for someone to leave so we could park. 2) The front entrance was filthy: the floors were wet, very dirty, and covered in salt tracked in from the sidewalk outside, yet we're forced to walk across it in our socks. We think that what our kids got out of it doesn't warrant a return visit ... unfortunately, they already have our data. read more

This play center could actually stand on its own as a family restaurant. Best gluten free pizza I've had and the place was very clean. We went on a Wednesday afternoon so we had the place mostly to ourselves. I have a big family and all of them from the 3 year old to the surly teenagers had a blast and we were there for hours and hours. read more

My younger brothers and I go here regularly, youngest being 7 and the other being 16. I've never had any issues with either of them being knocked around either alone or together as most of the kids seem pretty aware if little ones are on. The staff makes sure the tables are clean and everyone is taken care of, and are quick to let kids know when they kick around the balls from the gum ball machine to knock it off. Four stars because it is great for kids to play for hours at a time. Price and cost of socks is comparable with other places (where special socks are required-but not sure "their" socks are needed). One star for the food and staff. There are a few staff members who engage with the kids but I have only seen them twice in the four times we have been here. Food is way over priced. They would rather throw food away than offer reduced price if you don't want fries. They are clearly about the bottom line. No discounts if you come after 7 PM. Searching women's purses is unnecessary. read more

I would give this zero stars if I could. We went with a 3,4,5 and 6 year old. This place does not cater to kids as there is absolutely no selection in terms of food or snacks for kids and they do not allow re-entry so we couldn't even get food and come back. Nearly everything on the menu was deep fried or slathered with oil or butter. There was nothing for kids... no sandwiches, yogurt, cheese, crackers. The fruit and veggie cups they had were garbage. Kids were starving. It was a terrible experience. Waste of money and will never come back. read more

Absolutely the worst run place I've ever been to. 30 minutes at the door with terrible customer service. Finally got to the till, only to be told we'd have to wait until a locker was available. 20 minutes later they then forced us to purchase socks for $3 a pair even though we had the exact same pair from another location. Again, terrible service at the till. Stay far far away. Much better places in Calgary to bring your kids. This place won't be open much longer. read more

The play centre itself it a lot of fun, hours of entertainment and a fantastic way to tire kids out. The hassle of getting into the play centre is almost (almost) not worth it. Incredibly slow check in processes cause unbelievably long wait times on weekends/holidays (20-40 minutes is not rare) and they frequently hit capacity. They do not regularly answer their phone lines or post on social media regarding capacity so the only way to know if they are full....is to go and risk waiting/being turned away. The fee is not the most expensive but not cheap either, and they charge for socks (other play centre socks won't do). They also do not allow food/drink or even birthday presents into their facility (unless you have paid for a party in advance). Final verdict, the children will absolutely adore the place and want to go again and again. If you can hold onto your sanity while dealing with slow and unenthusiastic staff and bizarrely inefficient check-ins, it is worth a trip to the middle of nowhere. read more

Took my son here on Saturday evening around 7:30. He's been cooped up at home with Grandpa on summer vacation and need needed to burn off some energy. From the minute they let him through the gate he was off running, having the time of his life. About 45 minutes into our visit, the number of kids in the place had significantly decreased down to a few stragglers. One of the staff members, a wonderful young man, somehow gathered up most of the remaining kids and took them on a fantastic adventure through the whole place. He played non-stop with those kids until the place finally closed at 9 pm. Everyone left happy and sweaty and tired out. read more

What a bad experience we had today!!! We went there for the first time, my four years old daughter, 6 months old baby, myself and my husband. I took my diaper bag with baby food in and no staff or anyone on the floor told me that diaper bags are not allowed. We checked in and spend like 1 hour and I went to keep my diaper bag in the locker as we decided to walk around with our elder daughter and carry our baby in carrier. I went to the locker to keep the diaper bag and there comes a lady instructing me not to bring food next time. I told her that it's my baby's snacks and diapers, extra clothes and formula milk, she was so rude and told me no you're not allowed to bring anything inside. Her exact words 'we have our own food to buy so no one is allowed to bring food from outside' I told her we didn't bring our lunch or big meals, this is for my 6 months old baby and you guys don't sell any baby food. She didn't accept this and kept saying no you're not allowed blah blah blah. Moreover she was not a manager. Just a lady working in kitchen preparing orders!!! My husband told her that where's the manage and she said there's no manager think that I'm the manager! Like seriously :-/ She was so rude and kept arguing with us. Our first time visit and we regret why we wasted our time on this useless place. Bought their frog socks, bought few snacks from their food court and still faced all this rudeness from this kitchen lady. No manager on floor to look into matters and resolve issues. I wanted to throw those frog socks on their counter saying this is the first and last time ever we came here. But unfortunately our nature is different, we can't be as rude as her and disrespect people. Seriously very bad experience!! My husband first thing did in the car was took those frog socks and dumped in the car bin basket. He was so mad. They don't realize how they are treating their customers. No wonder it was Sunday and yet we saw very few cars outside in parking. Slowly they will lose all their customers coz of their rude behaviour. They need to brush up their customer service skills and hire a manager to get things fixed in a rightly manner. This was the most stressful birthday party I have ever planned: -I tried to give a deposit on many occasions and they were not set up to receive it. Was later told that if I gave a deposit it would have been more smoothly. -Was told that 17 kids plus my daughter were okay and on the day was told that was over the max so that's why it was stressful. -asked for a 3pm bday party and was told to show up at 2pm so they could get in and jump around a bit. spent the first 40mins stressed out in the lobby trying to get 18 kids organized and in the doors. with no help from the staff, holding a 10lb birthday cake. -was told when I asked on a tour if there was anything else I should consider when paying for the party and the owners wife (who told everyone at our party she was a cleaner) said to let the staff know anyone extra that shows up will not be paid for and if the adults want to jump they need to pay $3 for their socks. Showed up and had to pay $3 for all the party socks as it was not included in the party package. -They tried to charge me almost $700 for my party and then I had to pull up the pricing online and show it to the girl. She was charging me for a teenager party I guess. -Had to wait as only one girl knew how to book in a birthday party. -Had the manager say that one of our guest threatened their staff when all she said was she was never coming back. And my husband did swear (to himself that this was bullshit) and now the manager is acting like we were being abusive. - As I was leaving he tried to say I brought a knife into the facility, after he got his staff member to follow me to the room with a knife to cut our cake. -I had to purchase lockers for all the guests boots, purses, jackets etc...and every time they needed something I had to go back and forth. (not convenient at all) -At the end of the party the staff clipped my 4 year old daughters wrist band and let her leave with one of the other guests (thankfully it was one of the kids moms) I noticed my daughter in the lobby. When we discussed how bad this experience was we were greeted with either 'it was online' or 'we are under staffed 'or it was peak time'. I spent $600 alone on this party not including the gift or the cake and it was the worst experience of my life. Even though the kids had a great time and the facility is great, the ownership and experience will make me recommendation to future friends not to go here. read more

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. The place itself is very cool. The management however is a joke. They treat their employees like absolute garbage! Pregnant and need to see a doctor? Not unless you're prepared for your hours to be cut back! You're kid throwing up and can't go to day care? To bad, they'll threaten your hours. Have the flu? On the positive side, the facility is clean and a lot of fun for the kids. But, wow it's expensive! $18/kid (on weekends)+ $3.00 for grip socks (and don't bring your own grip socks from other facilities. They will explain that their grip socks are totally unique and have been designed and manufactured with special grip/plastic for use on their equipment only), and any special dietary restrictions (like- "no meat please")will cost you a few extra bucks when ordering from the food menu. They will charge you for everything- we needed an empty cup for our child's medication, they charged us 25 cents. The front desk staff will pressure you to purchase a locker (only a $1.00) and when you explain that you don't need it- be prepared to experience a bit of attitude and the notorious teenage eye-roll as the teenagers at the front desk get flustered and noticeably irritated because you declined their attempt to sap a few extra bucks from you. My friend declined the locker and the teenage employee replied with a "whatever" as she proceeded to process the transaction. All in all, it's a fun place and our kids really enjoyed the experience, but I don't think we will go back. It's a bit of a drive from Calgary, it's pricey, and a few employees would benefit from attending a customer service 101 course. read more
