One thing I really appreciate is that they serve the curry sauce on the side, so you can add exactly as much as you want. The chicken was tender, the vegetables were fresh, and the curry sauce was packed with flavour without being overpowering. I also love that their takeout cutlery is compostable and environmentally friendly. The only downside is that it doesn't hold up particularly well but I'd still rather see sustainable options than single use plastic. I've ordered this bowl every time I've visited Moncton, and it never disappoints. Consistently delicious, healthy, and satisfying. Highly recommend!

But it tasted great and was a solid option to grab on the way to the airport because Id been warned the airport had little in the way of food options and nothing vegan so was a good option for my flight home.
