We chose to stay here because it was nearby where our family members were staying. after having read past reviews, we didn't come in with the highest expectations and unfortunately, while it wasn't the worst experience, it was definitely lacking to the point where we do not think we will return in the future. We stayed in the Pacific Rim Suite which is listed as being in the main lodge. Well, it most certainly is- it is directly across the tiny hallway from the main desk. This means you hear the office phone ringing and all the interactions between staff and other guests. To add to this, the room is not very soundproof at all- we could hear the entire conversation of those staying in the room behind/beside us. The room was clean but as previous reviews have mentioned, bring your own bottled water because the tap water definitely has a brown tinge to it. A small coffee maker, coffee, kettle, microwave and mini fridge are provided which is nice, but you need bottled water to make your coffee which they don't provide. The biggest issue we had was breakfast and the lack of staff presence... we were asked when we checked in what time we want breakfast- 8:30 or 9:30. We said 9:30. On our first morning, it was 9:40 and when I went to check on breakfast another guest told me she still hadn't received her 8:30 breakfast... when I finally tracked down a staff person I was told their chef didn't show so she, who is an office person, was doing it all but she knows we need ours. Well, over an hour passed and as we got closer to 11am we had not heard anything else or seen staff so we assumed we were not going to get our breakfast and left to find food elsewhere. We did receive our breakfast the second morning which was decent- it came with scrambled eggs, has browns, sausage, a bit of fruit and a croissant. The reason I am allowing the missed breakfast to dictate the rating I am giving is because nothing was done about it. No apology, no offer to provide any sort of compensation or small discount on our bill. when I mentioned it to the staff person upon checkout she told me the breakfast is complimentary so she doesn't think they would reduce my bill. I don't care if it's complimentary- something should be done to acknowledge the major inconvenience it caused (we were starving by the time 11am rolled around and there are very limited food options in Port Renfrew). We weren't asking for a free night or anything- even $10 off would have been a nice gesture. We checked out two days ago and have not heard a word from management. We do not plan on returning next time we come to Port Renfrew.

We stayed in the Pandora Yurt. The Yurts look over the Strait of Juna De Fuca and the Olympic Pennisyla. Our Yurt has hardwood floors, a gorgeous view, privacy, serenity and a luxurious wilderness experience. Included in your stay is a full service breakfast, with pancakes and eggs to order coffee, tea, juice. A fantastic 3 Course dinner is offered each evening. The food was harvested locally. Salmon caught that morning, mushrooms picked in the woods, blackberries mixed into handmade ice cream. All The food prepared by Tim and John was absolutely incredible. We were glad we made dinner reservation and ate our dinners at Soule Creek. This was our first time staying in a Yurt and it was incredible.

Located at the confluence of the Pacific Ocean and the Straits of Juan de Fuca, winter weather - which in a my nine-to-five life - is something to dread, was instead one of The Stars of my stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The innkeepers were very knowledgeable about the area and suggested several things I wasn't aware of. I only gave it five stars because six wasn't an option.

We booked 3 cottages at Chito Beach Resort in Sekiu, Washington. My brother and his wife stayed in The Birdhouse (whose deck officially became our favorite hangout spot) We spent many memorable hours there, enjoying the ever changing views of the sea, wildlife, and spectacular sunsets. My sister stayed in The Wolf Den. I stayed in the cottage adjacent to hers, The Lighthouse.  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Lighthouse Cottage. The bed was soooo comfy. Water pressure was great. So much attention was paid to every charming little detail. Nothing was overlooked.  And that view!  On Saturday night the owners, Tamara and Matt had a little get together around the bonfire with all of the guests at Chito Beach. (There are a total of 6 cottages) They were wonderful and gracious hosts who served us beverages and DELICIOUS appetizers. They made us feel very welcome there.  After I got back home, I sorted through the MANY photos that I'd taken, and decided which ones to post on Facebook.  As gorgeous as some of them are, I think some of the pictures of the sunsets at Chito Beach are even more stunning than my photos of the Cape.  Especially on our last night there. Truly magical and almost otherworldly Our time there was an experience that our family will treasure forever.

It's located right on the main drag in Forks. It was nice to be across the street from the pizza place and the grocery store so we could run in and out the rooms were clean, the folks working care were very friendly, and the price was very appropriate for the amount of space we got. One very nice thing was fire pit that was located in the middle of the property. It was great for s'mores and was available until about 10 PM. This is definitely a spot we will be coming back to the future!

The cabin we stayed at was just what we needed. It was a rustic one bed studio with a private bathroom. It's not fancy but had everything we needed for a fantastic stay! The room came with a large fridge/ freezer, microwave, cookware, dishes and hot plate for cooking. This came in extra handy since we could cook for ourselves instead of relying on the local restaurants. The Quileute Oceanside Resort was a great location to get to points of interest in Olympic national park: Hoh rainforest, lake crescent, etc. these locations are an hour drive from the resort but the drive is beautiful. No TV but I did get cell service. I saw somewhere that only Verizon works in this area. Plan to unplug for a relaxing stay. I would love to stay here again and would recommend this resort to anyone!

We stayed in a two bedroom oceanfront cabin, and though nestled close to other cabins on either side, they are staggered in such a way as to afford us privacy and unobstructed views from the porch and expansive front windows. Purchase a beach fire permit for $10 and a firewood bundle will be delivered as you unpack your bags. Well-stocked kitchen, which is wonderful as once you make the long drive out to La Push, you should plan to hunker down for meals and such. It's a long drive to and from Forks. I would return!

We fell in love with our room at the end of the inn. Then we met the Keen's and engaged in conversation with the sweetest kindest people you ever want to know. We finally sold our lake property in Sequim, WA and moved to Europe for retirement. The front yard is like a mini rainforest and the quiet property is located just minutes from Forks and a short drive from La Push, where great beaches can be found. I would highly recommend the Inn and would love to stay again when we hopefully return to explore more of Olympic National Park.
