The massage was good but the pedicure was mediocre and the price that was listed on their website…read more(and confirmed by phone verbally before booking) was not honoured once the service was rendered (they magically had a "new price" for their services all of a sudden). They also took the liberty of adding a $20 tip themselves (without asking) and simply presented a total that included this number. When I said that tips were *optional* they suddenly had a hard time understanding what I was saying and would not let me leave without extorting me for a self-added tip and inflated price. Do not go here unless you feel like getting ripped off.

Very good pressure throughout, the lady didn't say much the entire time , just massage. Overall good massage ..wish it was longer. Also they didn't spend a lot of time on the back either compare to other places I've been before, definitely more foot. When time to pay, the front lady just told us the price and we added tip, no funny look or anything which we were really surprised. Some places I read they would give you the look or ask for more tip. So very happy and wouldn't mind coming back for longer massage.

After the nice herbal foot bath, they'll clean off your feet and then you'll get an exceptional foot massage. One thing I like about Footopia is that they use a stick to get at certain pressure points. Alot more effective than just using one's hands. More expensive than others, they really pamper your feet and provide superior service to any place I've been to thus far on Vancouver. You can also get a full body massage and shoulder massage amongst many other services.

I was surprised by the warmth and kind nature of the three people working there, and the lady who did my feet. The reflexology was intense, but had a sense of precision about it; I could tell she was "reading" my feet and responding to what she found. I'd been in a bit of a fog that day and came out feeling like I was present for the first time all day. I came back a week later for a full acupressure massage with Luke. If you want a deep tissue massage - oh man, this is how it's done. He worked spots on my back that I didn't know existed, and it was fantastic. Then he moved on to my legs, and there were moments when that was actually painful - but because of the intelligence and precision he'd demonstrated on my back, I trusted that he was doing what needed doing. The next day, my muscles were tender from the deep pressure - but sure enough, for the first time in a few weeks, they weren't aching from within. I'll definitely be back.

This is a must stop every time we come to Vancouver BC. I had the bugging pain on my right foot…read morefor months. I think they call it a bone spur. It was excruciating. I tried the very expensive good doctor insoles (that's for another review) for months. But coming here several times, yes it was also painful...but it helped. The masseuse are good. Somehow I have managed to get same day appointment here more times than the one at Port Moody. I agree with other yelpers that the staff here are not overly friendly and I am not sure if it is due to language issue? Most can speak basic English but they definitely are more comfortable conversing in Chinese. I usually have the foot reflexology/massage and it's always good. I had the acupressure (body) massage on my last visit and it was good too. I'm so glad they are here as I usually have a foot reflexology when I sprained my ankles. Somehow they know how to massage and re-aligned the ankle. That's me, but it's still best to see a regular doctor first. Now they are passing on the credit card processing fee to customers. I have the vip member card so that doesn't affect me. And I do recommend getting the vip card if you want to get massages regularly. It's like a bank system where you put in money and they give extra 20% or 2 more sessions in it. It gets deducted when you use it for services. I like how they locked in the prices of when you get the card. And there's no expiry date. I got mine end of 2019, covid hit so I didn't go often, and now it's 2023 and I can still use the card. So the prices charged for me was based on 2019. Now the prices have gone up a fair bit so if I top up the card, it will be based on the current price list. One thing to note: they do expect tips in cash. I have seen them asking/telling customers to tip the staff.
